Communication is responsive, clear and honest. Pros Directorist has many features and benefits straight out of the box. With a great selection of options and tick box variables. A few minor bugs appeared but the customer support is great, detailed and dependable. Works well as a stand alone product and has many integration options or plugins. Cons Some aspects of the admin management are slow and clunky and I am looking forward to ongoing refinements and improvements in future updates. It wasn't easy to find a solution that allowed for all of this, but Directorist was perfectly suited for this configuration right out of the box. The developer helped us sort out customizations to allow only registered users to download the tracks... I mean, they helped us create a highly customized solution based on our needs. Pros This plugin is incredibly functional right out of the box, and the developer support was amazing: I mean, they went way above and beyond to help me customize this solution to meet my specific needs. Cons I honestly have nothing bad to say about this software or the developer.
