Since, we started onboarding our employees location-by-location, starting with our head office, staff management has become very seamless for me and the HR team. We no longer have to manually tally attendance records on Excel Sheets. Plus whenever we need any support or have any adhoc-requirement, we simply raise a ticket on their Customer Support email, and they promptly connect with us to solve the issue.

Pros

The best part I liked about SalaryBox is the easy to use interface, making it seamless to track attendance, process payroll, and manage employee lifecycle across all departments of our company. Moreover, since we operate across different locations, we can track attendance, leaves and payroll for all offices centrally on the SalaryBox web and mobile app.

Cons

I have had no negative experience about SalaryBox till now. In the initial days, a few of our employees showed resistance in marking their attendance using the SalaryBox FaceScan Pro machine installed in our offices, but when those fears were unfounded, and within a week they started adhering to the processes.

My overall experience with SalaryBox has been good. It helped us simplify attendance tracking and payroll management. The platform is easy to use and saves a lot of time compared to manual processes.

Pros

What I liked most is how simple the interface is. The attendance tracking and payroll management are very easy to use. I especially like the GPS-based attendance feature and how it automatically calculates salaries, which saves a lot of manual work.

Cons

The reporting features could be a bit more customizable. Sometimes it takes a little time to find specific reports or export detailed data.

I can surely say that it is really worthwhile for small enterprise and business…

Pros

The most effective use of this software is you are easily book keeping your employees details.Not worry about how many days and hours employees work …..it can easily generate the salary slip as per the data inputs by the software
