Bietet eine sehr gute Verwaltung von Mietobjekten, und lässt auch eigene Verteilschlüssel zu. Die monatlichen Kosten von hellohousing sind modert

Pros

sehr übersichtlich und logisch aufgebaut, einfach zu bedienen, mit nützlicher Hilfefunktion, die Verwaltung mehrerer Objekte ist auch möglich

Cons

Ich würde mir eine App dafür wünschen, um schnelleren Zugang zu Ermöglichen bzw Dokumente einfach abzufotografieren und zu archivieren

Easy-to-use und wenn man Probleme hat, bekommt man rasch einen Antwort! Relative Intuitive auch für mich als Anfänger

Super Service und Beratung! Beste Software überhaupt! Einfach auch für Anfänger aber mit viel Extras die ich noch nicht benutzt habe zb Email Upload

Cons

Null eigentlich. Einzige die bei mir passiert ist dass die Uploads von Rechnungen von gleiche Dienstleister haben Probleme gegeben.

Übersichtliche Anordnung der einzelnen Abrechnungsbereiche - Rechtssicherheit wird garantiert - übersichtliche Zusammenfassung mit Individualisierungsmöglichkeit durch Bemerkungsfelder

Cons

Navigation ist in manchen Bereichen umständlich - der Wechsel von den Eingabemasken der Verbräuche zu den Kostenverteilungen ist etwas umständlich

Gutes Produkt, ausbaufähig, Einarbeitung ging schnell, allerdings nicht vergleichbar z.B. mit WISO Verwaltersoftware.

Einfache Nutzung der Funktionen, intuitive Bedienbarkeit, ansprechende Oberfläche, guter Benutzerservice bei Fragen

Cons

\-Fehlende Variabilität für die Anschreiben der Betriebskosten, sehr umständlich sollte man Änderungen benötigten. -Wenig Flexibilität beim Ausdrucken von Mieterlisten, keine Möglichkeit für die Erzeugung der Listen nach Zeiträumen zu sortieren -Die Umstellung der Preisstaffel in 03/2025 - Starter/Premium/Professionell . Für private Vermieter, die 2 Objekte haben zu teuer, da man zwingend auch Premium nutzen muss.

Solide Software mit reinen Fokus auf die NK Erstellung - unkompliziert und auf das Wesentliche konzentriert. Team ich an Weiterentwicklungen interessant.

Pros

Rechtssicherheit bei der Nebenkostenabrechnung Überblick über die laufenden Kosten Erstellen der NK nach Muster des Vorjahres

Cons

Manche Release stehen noch aus und müssen noch entwickelt werden, wo es aber keine Pipeline gibt. Manche Funktionen fehlen noch (z.B. Separater Stellplatz zur ETW)

E ist einfach zu bedienen und Übersichtlich, auch Anfänger kommen sehr gut mit dem Program klar und finden sich nach kurzer zeit darin zurecht!

Pros

Leichte bearbeitung in den Masken, Übersichtlich und einfach zu bearbeiten, das erstellen der Mahnungen bei Mietrückständen ist auchsehr gut!

Cons

Das man keine Mietzahlung im Voraus buchen kann, wenn ein Mieter die Miete für den nächsten Monat im voraus bezahlt!

Ich habe ein Miethaus mit 6 Mietern angelegt. Alles ist selbstredend auszufüllen und ohne große Probleme schnell erledigt. Der Support von Hellohousing ist hervorragend. Der Mitarbeiter nimmt sich Zeit für das Anliegen und erklärt alles in Ruhe und gut verständlich! Ich fühle mich bei hellohousing optimal aufgehoben.

Pros

Übersichtliche Navigation der einzelnen Themen um eine Immobilie sowie Mieter anzulegen. Jederzeit die Möglichkeit zu haben, die einzelnen Schritte über die Hilfe nachzulesen. Es werden immer wieder Online Workshops angeboten!

Cons

Bislang habe ich nichts zu kritisieren und ich arbeite seit 18 Monaten mit dem Produkt. Es gab mal ein paar Tage, an denen die telefonische Erreichbarkeit nicht sofort klappte. Nicht weiter erwähnenswert.

Was super stressed about moving alone to a new country, but Hello Housing made it chill. No scammy landlords, no lost in translation stuff – just straight-up helpful.

Pros

Honestly, these guys were lifesavers 😂 They helped me find a place before I even landed in Spain. Fully furnished, super central, and no weird surprises. Also – shoutout to their team, always quick to answer my (many) questions, even the dumb ones lol.

Cons

Hmm… maybe a bit pricey? But tbh, for the peace of mind and how smooth everything went, I didn’t mind.
