In feedback, YuLife consistently comes up in their favourite benefits. They like the focus on wellness. From an administrative point of view, it is very easy to administer and add new hires/leavers. Cons It is expensive and doesn’t integrate well into other platforms. I think that a review in commissions received should be reviewed, particularly for renewing customers. And seeing where you are on the leaderboard. I was first for number of months. Pros It makes you exercise and can manager your fitness. Its a bit of fun with the leaderboard with others in your team. It gives you greats rewards. It gives you tips on exercise and fitness. If you require customer service it is there to help. It is definitely value for money Cons On the activity history it only says Cycling but if we could have running or walking icons that would be great. I really like using the app and the benefits that it comes with. Pros It's reward benefits are great. It encourages me to walk more and be more active, and the leader boards also push me to do more. Cons There's not much that I don't like about the YuLife app. It would be good if we had a way of nominating other companies that might become a benefit for employees to use their YuCoin with. The Yucoins then allow me to treat myself to a Starbucks every month or so. Pros The challenges keep me using the app and I like that the Yucoins encourage you to be more active and mindful. Cons There isn't anything in particular I don't like. I would prefer if I could do more than one Yudoku a day. For a workforce over multiple sites, YuLife brings our teams together for challenges and events which is invaluable. Cons Wish we could spend some of our credit on YuCoins for our team, rather than having to purchase these separately. It does a good bit of HR work for me which I am very grateful for, and the financial security and benefits are a total bonus. Pros It's user friendly platform and extensive offerings of activities and rewards make it the best company benefit we offer. The customer service and support has always been top tier, from occasional account manager calls and speedy chat pop ups. It's helped engage our team in more fitness and keeps up friendly competition and recognition between employees. Cons As a small business I don't always have time to keep up with so much of all the new features. So sometimes I'm guiding teams to help and hope that it is the best and right things on the app to direct them to. The annual billing system has always felt like a huge body of work too - it'd be better if Yu can share data better to the insurers. Pros It provides real rewards for taking part in health and wellbeing activities. It reminds you to take care of yourself to carry out the tasks, encouraging breaks and also reflection on habits and self care. It helps you notice your sleep and energy levels and the range of rewards is useful and worth engaging in. The range of workouts and meditations are really good, and rival some paid for apps. Cons A few of the Getting To Know Yu questions are a bit odd - asking if you have problematic social interactions. Also some of the timed tasks need longer to complete, if you have reduced mobility, or live in a hilly area or have to cross busy roads some walking challenges are not realistic. Pros Employees really enjoy the gamified nature of the app. It gets them really involved and idscussing their activities with one another. Cons There isn't a great deal we don't like about YuLife and think that it is brilliant. I guess more personalisation of Yumojis would be welcome. If you're looking for a relevant and fun way to support the physical, mental and financial wellbeing of your staff, I'd highly recommend it! Pros The YuLife team works really hard to keep the platform engaging with fun events year-round. I personally find the balance of physical and mental challenges/activities is great and the tangible reward vouchers are very motivating! Cons I liked looking back at how much I'd spent in vouchers, but that's a bit harder now that the wallet has changed. Some people also find it hard to find the mood monitor (but this has been improved and I really like the recent-ish change showing all available actions when tapping on the large coin). The app doesn't always track steps well if you're walking in a large green space.
