The Support Team gives you loads of resources to promote the App. We find engaging with our Production staff a bit challenging at times, but this platform works well regardless of the job role. Most of the people seem very onboard with the app. More than 75% of our staff has download the App and uses it frequently. Pros It's a great platform to concentrate all our benefits. Staff finds it fun and creates healthy competition with steps and Sudokus. It's very easy to gain YuCoins. The Support team is incredibly quick to help. Cons The support team can create personalised challenges and competitions for us but those are not shown on the App which affects the experience. These happen in the back. Not all smartwatches work very well with YuLife App unless they have direct connection to the main health apps such as Google Fit, Apple Helath, Strava, or Fitbit. Review Source VA Vicki A. They make it really easy to roll out and their events and newsletters make it easy to keep promoting to staff. The challenges are accessible to everyone and don't make people feel bad for whatever their activity level is. Pros Such a lovely company to work with, have always been really helpful. The rollout was easy and the staff have been really positive about the app, the rewards and the insurance. A cost effective way to invest in your staff wellbeing and give them tools to help them out. Cons Would love some other private insurance options so that staff can have all their insurances in one place. Would love ways to earn points from other exercises like cycling. Staff love the discounts on apps, more of them would be great. Reason for choosing YuLife The customer service has been amazing, everyone was so friendly and quick to answer any queries. The chance to gain Yu Coin to convert to vouchers as well as compete with colleagues makes it an engaging & fun product. The GP & mental health support function is also a valuable offering. From an advisor perspective having introduced this as a benefit for my company, I can see how my experience is shared with a really good take up and engagement rate. Plenty of opportunities to take part in surges and other ways to increase your YuCoin, as well as daily activities. The rewards are fantastic and varied. Whether you would like to give to charity or have a little something for yourself - or both! Great customer service and account management. Cons Would like to see progress on the dashboard for the month you are in for Steps, Cycling and Meditation. Instead of waiting until the end of the month to see the figures. " July 28, 2022 4.0 The overall experience with YuLife has been very positive, from the implementation to the use. It's an intuitive app that can provide benefits in a fun and engaging way without causing negative competition. Pros The app is a lovely way to create or benefits from your already existing healthy habits. As a team that walks a lot, it's great to get the reward for this. The integration of cycling was a nice additional feature. Surges are a fab way of increasing engagement. Cons I understand additional levels are being developed, but I achieved Level 199 about 4 months ago. It would be great to get more levels soon. I would also love to widen the types of challenges, including cycling, yoga and other sports. It would be great to get an email about surges and new rewards. April 12, 2023 5.0 Pros I am a huge fan of YuLife's offerings - we implemented it as a wellness initiative, and so many employees have been giving terrific feedback about how motivated they are to get moving! There's a fun competitive aspect with the steps leaderboard, and the rewards really add up quickly, so employees are motivated to use it on a daily basis. It's also great to have a hub for all of our benefits offerings, and I've noticed a decrease in how often employees are asking to be pointed to other benefits websites. Our onboarding couldn't have been simpler; the YuLife team gave us pre-packaged communications to hype the launch and our data upload was nearly instantaneous. It's easy to onboard new employees onto the platform, and I am excited to introduce our new joiners to all YuLife has to offer. Every interaction I have had with my account management team and the customer support folks have been top notch! Cons I wish there were a few more options beyond walking, cycling, and meditation - though I hear that ther' more in the works! I think brain games, like Wordle and Sudoku, would be a fabulous addition that would be highly engaging for my employees. I'm also hoping that we'll soon be able to integrate our US-based team's YuLife space with our UK-based team's space so we can have healthy competition between the two. I think its fun and easy to use with the added bonus of rewards and gives you the motivation to be more active. Pros I enjoy doing the challenges and really love the Yudoku. It great that you can track your steps and go back and see what you did and when. The avatar is fun. It is also good to see where you are on the leaderboard on both steps and Yudoku. Its just fun with the added benefit of rewards. It is good to watch your point grow as you finish a streak or take a long walk. Cons The fact that i can only do one on my favorite yodokus per day. Switching from our other life assurance provider was an absolute no brainer and I have been recommending it to everyone. Pros I love how easy to use it is. It is also a really holistic wellbeing solution and supports all areas of wellbeing. The HR/admin dashboard is really useful and easy to use too.It promotes healthy habits and there is something for everyone with varying levels of activity and mindfulness exercises as well as access to discounts and even a Free Will writing service! Cons I can't think of anything I don't like! Selfishly I would love to see more detail in the data but I appreciate it is confidential and personl info so there is ony so much I can see as an employer! Since adding Tags into the mix, my team and I are becoming more competitive, chasing each other around the steps leaderboard. Cons I've been in the same outfit for quite a while now. Whilst I appreciate the addition of the headgear and sun glasses, and I made use of the facial hair for Movember, Spring will soon be here, so I'll be wanting some more suitable attire. This was one of our main goals in trying to create a sense of community whilst providing health, financial and well-being support. Pros We chose YuLife due to the great gamification and interactive features. This has been proven true due to the great interaction and competitiveness which has been shown by our employees who are using the App. The other reason was due to the great YuLife team who have been there since day one. Cons Overall, we are super happy with the product but I would like to see real-time data i.e. current month performance as well as the previous three-months. It would be beneficial to be able to send out push notifications to employees who have not engaged with the App therefore driving greater engagement. Really happy with our relationship with YuLife and how it's fitted with our general approach to staff health and wellbeing as a Bcorp business. Pros We've been using YuLife for a while, from when our team was quite small to now when we have close to 20 people. Of course the life insurance is a good benefit for our staff, and that's appreciated - but it's also a very simple, fun app that allows us some friendly competition in terms of our steps, Sudoku and wider wellbeing. The team talk about it a lot in the office, and definitely appreciate the discounts. Think the info/campaign in a box stuff we receive is also very good. Cons Getting cycling set up was a pain in the neck, and not sure it's working as of yet.
