### "Such a great app!"

Pros

It's so easy and fun to use, and if you set your mind to it, you can quickly collect YuCoin to use as charity donations or vouchers. It's also great as an employee engagement tools - we use it for competitions (such as a walking challenge) and reward winners with apps from the YuStore.

Cons

I wish there were even more different type of challenged to do, but that said there is already quite a good selection - I just can't think of anything else negative to say!

I use it daily for the meditation as well as additional ad hoc challenges - currently the Walk of the Worlds

Pros

I love the daily quests and the fact that you can gain Yu Coin for the more you engage with the app. Love the surprise surges too too to allow you to increase your Yu Coin quicker!

Cons

The leaderboard. It makes me think I'm not doing enough as I am so far down the leaderboard but I engage with different elements of the app

Typically people break this down by departments or teams so the leaderboard isn't so huge! No matter where you are on any leaderboard, we're cheering you on every step of the way :)

Generally it is all good however I do find it annoying when one needs to talk to someone - it can be a hassle to speak to an person or get a quick answer to a query. Otherwise I think it is a brilliant product, the benfits and vouchers are well liked by our team.

Pros

It is excellent in motivating staff to get off their seats and doing a small bit of excercise. Or activity. YuLife also encourages small competition amongst staff. The benefits are great with vouchers that all go to help carry the burden of daily increased costs for all.

Cons

I do not like the website and the corporate online identity. When I first saw it I thought it was something meant for a child or advert for a kindergarten. The layout of all the posters and website have the same theme - initially I could not take it seriously because of the childish brand identity. However I think the product and concept are great - once I got past all the silly grafics.

Reason for choosing YuLife

The price apealed to me and I thought that staff would like it as well.

It encourages all members of a company to interact with each other through competing on leader boards for steps and yudoku The more you engage in the app the more you get out of it. the wellness activities are good, especially the Yudoku Opportunity to help the environment with Yucoin

Cons

nothing really, maybe that you have to get separate apps to access the benefits, people sometimes need support setting up their benefits such as YuDoctor

Relevant rewards and easy to use. They made the roll out journey so easy and provided me with everything to internally market and engage all staff. It replicates the values and culture we have here at IMPAKT.

Chargeable items such as calm and headspace can put people off using

Customer service has been really great. The YuDoctor feature is brilliant (I haven't yet used YuMatter) and the redemption of YuCoin seems manageable and encourages a healthy lifestyle. So far it has been a well received and valued addition to our perks suite.

Pros

There are a great variety of ways to earn YuCoin, whether it's a Yudoku, Meditation, Fitness Class or Long Walk, the team appreciates the multitude of ways they can be rewarded by staying healthy. We have seen a reduction in employee absenteeism due to the fantastic YuDoctor and YuMatter portals, that allow people to maintain their physical and mental health well. There is a good variety of ways to spend YuCoin, whether it's for personal purchases or impactful actions, such as cleaning up our oceans.

Cons

Avatar clothing is generally behind a paywall. For smaller companies who cannot yet implement health insurance, the lack of avatar options makes everybody look like they are members of a cult.

Reason for choosing YuLife

We can't yet afford full health insurance so went with YuLife because it's more affordable but still encourages healthy behaviours. Great user interface as well.

YuLife is great for employee wellbeing, encouraging colleagues to meet step goals and complete mindfulness challenges. I've personally also found talking about it to be a nice ice breaker with colleagues I don't know very well.

Pros

YuLife is a brilliant app, very easy to use, fun to use and the team at YuLife are fantastic, so positive and helpful.

Cons

No cons from my point of view. I wouldn't mind being able to complete an extra YuDoku challenge each day :)

As a small independent charity YuLife gives us employee insurances and benefits we would not otherwise have. This is particularly important as in the third sector wages are not competitive so the other benefits can be what attracts staff and helps with staff retention and the team feeling valued by the charity.

Pros

I love that YuLife is interactive and all of our team are involved. It's another thing that brings us together. And it makes it really easy for our employees to set up their beneficiaries, so those who might not have been so fussed about the benefits package have still set this up.

Cons

I would love it if there were more mindfulness apps partnered, I use Balance and would love to see my time spent there recognised in the YuLife app, but I appreciate you can't make every app compatible.

Reason for choosing YuLife

The team were really responsive, the package looked great and the added extras were well received by the team. I knew the team would also like the interactive/competitive element of the YuLife app.

This has been such a beneficial tool for the business, gamifying wellness to encourage healthy habits and being rewarded for doing so! The discounts / YuCoin are a genuine incentive to engage and you get real rewards for simply being healthy.

Cons

I think some of the ease of viewing your stats in the app can be a bit awkward, there's a lot of clicking sometimes to get to certain areas.

Pros

Yudoku has gone down so well at our company! We love that it tracks how many steps you have too and the extra Yucoin you can earn from surges! Its always a nice surprise too when you add more partners to spend your Yucoin with or add as a benefit from the Yustore!

Cons

Not enough feature releases and the step tracking doesn't work sometimes.The app UX could be more intuitive.

Pros

YuLife offers a great benefits platform for our employees at a highly competitive cost. We particularly value the employee assistance programme and virtual GP, both of which have received positive feedback from staff.

Cons

The only challenge we face with YuLife is ensuring ongoing commitment to challenges, leaderboards etc. This is more an internal issue but could perhaps be supported by the ability to host internal challenges.

We have a high engagement rate for app downloads and staff enjoy doing the challenges and discovering the benefits.

Pros

The app offers a clean simple user experience, with clear instructions on how to benefit from app use. Any time I have contacted support the responses have been friendly, positive and fast. From an admin perspective, the dashboard is straightforward, offering simple user management and additional resources to encourage extended engagement from employees.

Cons

There are new features still being added that I am yet to explore, so far nothing negative to say.

Pros

We use YuLife for Life Insurance and wellbeing and it is a great product. Simple UI, great concept, easy to use. Customer support is great. YuLife was my first choice when looking into purchasing further products such as Group Income Protection & Private Medical Insurance. It's great that they offer all these things under one platform, it makes it easier to manage.

Cons

I would appreciate integration with out HRIS - it'd make the onboarding/offboarding easier.

I enjoy using YuLife and competing with my colleagues on our steps. I like earning the Yu Coin and looking at what I can use them on. It is motivating me to keep active.

Pros

I like that you can do tasks each day but there is a limit - to stop you becoming obsessed! I like that you can use Yu Coin for perks or to help others.

Cons

The activity tracker could be more interative
