I feel like they could implement better cost when shipping a range from 1 kg to 5 kg like other shipping services.

We love the fact that we can automatically pair with shopify, therefore making our jobs much easier. It is a huge advantage not having to create each shipment from scratch.

Pros

The user interface is fantastic, it is intuitive and very easy to fulfill shipments.

Cons

Haven´t used the software for long enough to find any. We have been using it for about 2 months and so far we have not ecountered any problems.

My experience with Eship has been very good, since it makes it easier for me to create and send packages everywhere.

Pros

I really like that it is very easy to use, very understandable, nothing complicated; I love that the guides can be done quickly and easily

Cons

What I like least is that sometimes it does not give you the real price of the cost of your shipment. Another thing I don't like is that you can't get a shipping report on dates you choose.

It has been a great tool for us to start transmitting orders seamlessly to our 3PL for our wholesale business.

Pros

We were required to start using eShip in order to work with a 3PL partner in El Paso. Since onboarding it, it's worked seamlessly as a platform to transmit orders and receive shipping confirmations. In addition, we're able to tap into competitive shipping rates.

Cons

If you were to use the software to fulfill your own online orders, you need to do them one at a time as it doesn't have the same batch processing functionality at Shipstation, Shippo, etc.

Overall it is a great solution to someone who has a small business with a lot of individual orders.

Pros

Its great for pairing with Shopify, and its handy to be able to see different shipping costs per order and it keeps a record of when its delivered etc.

Cons

I have two accounts through two companies and one does significantly less shipping but gets a better rate. Also sending through other mediums are actually cheaper but more labour intensive.

Me gustaría que al momento de cotizar incluyera algunos cargos que a veces se cobran extras al momento de la facturación

El servicio al cliente es muy bueno y tiene muchas herramientas que otros proveedores no tienen.

Pros

Tiene buenas tarifas y un dashboard de estadisticas muy entendible.

Cons

Su integracion con ODOO es muy mala, no obtiene bien los datos de los envios y hay que corregirlos manualmente

a la anterior es buena solo que si se pudiera eliminar direcciones agregadas sería mejor, para que fuera más practica. a la nueva, es muy complicada lo único bueno es que arroja las tarfias.

En general ha sido muy fácil, la actualización en pagina también es muy fácil, el llenado de información y la generación de guias, todo bien

Pros

Considero que el nuevo esquema en su portal es mas organizado, ya que la distribución de los campos para el llenado de información esta colocado de acuerdo al orden de importancia.

Cons

En mi opinión, ninguna. realmente la experiencia ha sido buena. Lo único es que actualmente cuando se envía paquetes internacionales que pasan por el aeropuerto, deben llegar antes de las 9am para que salgan el mismo dia, de lo contrario sale hasta el dia siguiente lo cual retrasa un dia el envio.

Facilita la creación de guías por las direcciones guardas y con título, solo es cuestión de buscar el título como el nombre de la empresa o cliente y ya aparece la dirección correcta. Las plantillas para la captura del volumen por caja ayudan mucho cuando hay medidas estándar.

Pros

La facilidad de crear guías y recolecciones, así como el seguimiento y el guardado de direcciones por nombre de empresa o cliente.

Cons

Que a pesar de generar o crear recolecciones, como que estas no les aparece a las paqueterías y no se efectúan, no pasa en todos los casos pero 2 de cada 5 si, no se efectúa la recolección.

Muy contento con el desempeño general, siempre hay margen de mejora, pero la base es muy funcional

La integración con Shopify es muy sencilla y transparente, la app es fácil de usar y se adapta perfecto a los diferentes requerimientos que tengo

Cons

1\. Cuando actualizo una dirección en Shopify, no se actualiza en eShip haciendo que tenga que capturar dos veces las correcciones de los clientes 2. El carrier no es tan claro al momento de crear las guias y se presta a errores humanos
