They have been a great company to work with to manage our procurement. They listen to our suggestions and frequently implement what we are asking for.

Pros

Ease of deployment has been fantastic. Responsive company that listens to their customers and frequently makes improvements.

Cons

Honestly, there have been no issues with Kojo. They have been a great company to work with to manage our procurement.

Pros

We started using the Kojo app for our construction material procurement needs last year, and I am thoroughly impressed with its efficiency and user-friendly interface. Kojo is undeniably a game-changer in the construction industry, providing a purpose-built solution that has streamlined our procurement process significantly. One of the standout features of Kojo is its ability to enable us to process orders faster, reducing the time and effort typically required for manual work. The app's intuitive design and seamless navigation make it incredibly easy to place orders, track deliveries, and manage our inventory, all at the touch of a button. This has not only saved us valuable time but has also increased our overall productivity.

Cons

While Kojo is undeniably a powerful tool for construction material procurement, one aspect that I find slightly challenging is the learning curve associated with its advanced features. For users who are new to digital procurement systems, the initial setup and customization might require a bit more guidance and intuitive onboarding processes to ensure a smoother transition. Clearer tutorials or user guides tailored to different user experience levels could enhance the overall usability of the platform and make it more accessible to a wider audience.

Ordering and tracking of material orders is quicker and less mistakes are made.

Pros

Product is very user friendly. Searching for material using trade slang usually brings you to the exact product you are looking for.

Cons

When searching by sizes (1/2", 3/4" etc.) sometimes various sizes will be shown when you are only looking for one specific size.

Pros

The less time the foreman, our project leaders, have to worry about locating material and putting material requests together, the more time they have to manage the field and get them doing what they need to do, which is build the project. The field saves roughly 50-60% of their time so they can focus on getting the job done on time. That’s over 20 hours or more per week.

Cons

Nothing to complain about, it does everything and more.
