Easy to navigate, I like the convenience of the app

Pros

I like how easily I can add money into a pho e account for gtl using connect network to keep in touch with my son's dad while he is unavailable otherwise. Easy to find inmates and what facility they are located at

Cons

I made the mistake of adding money to an account and was unable to get my money back
