I used it extensively for customer feedback-type scenarios on a very regular basis and I never experienced frustration with the app. I still use it but not as regularly as I once did. It is one of the most intuitive tools I have ever used. There are also some cool data visualization options that I didn't use as much but are nice to have available. Pros SurveyMonkey is very easy to use and it has great flexibility. I really like that I can generate a survey very quickly or use it for something more elaborate if necessary. Specifically, I like the number of question formats that are either more difficult to create with other products or not available. Cons For some reason, I have had a hard time with download options. It's not hard. But I almost always select options incorrectly before I remember the settings for getting all the individual responses in a spreadsheet format. I don't now what the barrier is to me remembering that. User error, I'm sure. My coffee is now cold. Used to chase paperwork around like a maniac but now I can see in the tables who is missing items. Gladly no longer have to physically mail contracts to students and I am finally able to leave the office. Pros The drag and drop is fine since that's how everything is done today and thank you god the radiator in our office is finally warming up. We were able to get Survey Monkey talking to Zapier with our email lists and I was actually surprised it didn't blow up on us. My dog is barking at nothing but the templates are there, so I don't have to start over from scratch which is good. Cons I dislike having to click "Properties" every time I want to make edits to a label; it should just pop right open. Occasionally I won't be able to log in and then I'll have to sit and wait for an hour before the site feels like its going to work again.
