I used it extensively for customer feedback-type scenarios on a very regular basis and I never experienced frustration with the app. I still use it but not as regularly as I once did. It is one of the most intuitive tools I have ever used. There are also some cool data visualization options that I didn't use as much but are nice to have available. Pros SurveyMonkey is very easy to use and it has great flexibility. I really like that I can generate a survey very quickly or use it for something more elaborate if necessary. Specifically, I like the number of question formats that are either more difficult to create with other products or not available. Cons For some reason, I have had a hard time with download options. It's not hard. But I almost always select options incorrectly before I remember the settings for getting all the individual responses in a spreadsheet format. I don't now what the barrier is to me remembering that. User error, I'm sure.
