Pros

There are a variety of customizable options for making surveys, this allows for the creation of surveys that are appropriate for each use case.

Cons

The pricing structure could be improved. The basic free plan has met my needs well, but paid tiers are a bit pricy if you need extra features for just a few surveys.

I think it's really user friendly and has many prompts to help if you get confused. I also thing that the scheduling is such a great aspect of the website.

Cons

Sometimes it can be hard to move things around/reorganize specific aspects when you're using the platform, but usually it's not too difficult to manage.

I found SurveyMonkey very simple and straight forward to use for creating my first-ever Survey. It served the purpose well.

I found SurveyMonkey easy to find my way around considering I was not used to creating surveys at all.

I didn't find anything that I didn't like about using SurveyMonkey. It served the purposed I needed it for.

The product has increased employee and customer feedback and made easy for us to conduct both internal and external polls. It has pre made and customizable templates which streamlines surveys.

Pros

SurveyMonkey does well in survey and forms building. It allows us to customize and schedule our surveys according to our preferences and choices. The product also ensures privacy and compliance. Use of the product has promoted team and employees engagement in our organisation. This has speeded up decisions making.

Cons

This is our 6th year since introduction of the product in our organisation and so far so good. SurveyMonkey has worked for us. Its customer support services providers are very responsive.

We are now able to identify what health issues our audience wants us to learn about first. We have to manually count all of the paper forms. The HIPAA compliance will protect me from getting sued. This has replaced several old form tools for the clinic and collected response from the webinars.

Pros

It does follow the correct logic paths. My group and I have used this to do some diet surveys and we did not have an error after exporting the previous days webinar data (which was huge).

Cons

However the pages sometimes freeze up entirely. Last week I had a very simple one to five rating question. I found that the tool reported on average and median as opposed to simply reporting how many users selected four. I spent 20 minutes trying to repair the mess in the dashboard while using the tool.

Pros

Simple and easy to use and create a survey. But also easy for employees to use as well. A well rounded program.

Cons

The new updates have moved the program away from what I liked about it. It is no long simple or easy to use.
