Overall, my experience with SurveyMonkey has been really positive. It’s easy to create surveys, customize questions, and share them with people without making things complicated. I also like how simple it is to review the responses and get a quick sense of the feedback. The templates are handy too, especially when you want to put something together fast. There are a few limitations with the free version, but overall, SurveyMonkey makes collecting feedback feel quick, organized, and pretty stress-free. I’d definitely use it again.

Pros

SurveyMonkey has been really great to use. It makes creating and sending surveys feel super simple, even if you’re not very tech-savvy. I like how easy it is to customize questions, share surveys, and see the results in a clear way. The templates and different question options are also really helpful when you want to get something set up quickly. Overall, it saves a lot of time and makes collecting feedback way less of a hassle. Definitely a solid tool if you need to create professional-looking surveys without overcomplicating things!

Cons

One downside with SurveyMonkey is that some of the better features are locked behind paid plans. If you’re just using the free version, you can run into limits pretty quickly, especially when you want more customization or advanced options. It can also take a little time to figure out where everything is when you first start using it. That said, once you get the hang of it, it’s still pretty easy to use overall.

A highly reliable and user-friendly platform for gathering data. While the advanced features are great for teams, individual users might find the pricing steep for occasional projects.

Pros

Easy template selection and intuitive interface. Creating a survey takes minutes because the pre-made question sets are highly customizable.

Cons

Expensive premium tiers and heavy restrictions on the free version. It feels frustrating to hit a paywall just to export basic data or view more than a few responses.

SurveyMonkey has become a handy part of my feedback-gathering process. It isn't a replacement for dedicated user research tools, but it works really well when I need quick, structured input from a larger group. The biggest advantage for me is the balance between simplicity and useful data it lets me get feedback out quickly without making respondents work too hard to understand the survey.

Pros

The interface is clean, the survey-building experience feels approachable, and the range of question types gives me enough flexibility for usability feedback and customer research. I also find the response summaries useful when looking for recurring themes before going deeper into the raw data.

Cons

The experience becomes a little restrictive when you want highly customized surveys or more sophisticated analysis. Some of the better design and reporting controls are reserved for paid tiers, and I occasionally wish there were more flexibility around presenting survey results.

Although I found that Survey monkey was a little bit easier to use that because they put everything into one category surveys for employee and company engagement easy to use.

Pros

It was an easy app to use throughout the company that I work for as far as getting Survey across as incentives for even employee to management communications to improve on certain things inside of the restaurant.

Cons

The fact that certain centers were very small that I wasn’t able to handle all of them all at once, rather having them spaced out in little small increments

It gets the job done when we’re looking for customer insights, and it doesn't give us any major headaches. Sure, it’s not the cheapest option out there, but it’s reliable and the whole team can figure it out on their own without any formal training. It works well enough for a growing company that needs quick feedback loops but isn't trying to run massive research operations.

Pros

We mostly use it for post-event surveys and checking in with customers every now and then. The templates are a lifesaver when we’re in a rush to get something sent out the same day. Plus, the question logic actually works without much fuss, and exporting to Excel is simple enough that our small team can handle the data ourselves without needing any fancy extra software.

Cons

The pricing jumped way up once we hit their response limits, and honestly, that happened a lot faster than we expected during our product launch. Some of the branding options feel pretty locked down on our current plan, too. It’d be great to have more flexibility with question types, and I’m just over being constantly upsold to the enterprise tiers.
