Pros Completing surveys is simple and quick with Survey Monkey. Since people often get frustrated with digital surveys when they are not simple to get through quickly, it is nice that this software makes it an easy process. I do know that Survey Monkey also does a nice job with data reporting, making the results applicable without lots of additional analysis. The only thing you need is time and patience to answer the questions and get your survey done. How else will you know if your customers are happy or your project is effective. Pros While the name sounds funny, the product does not fool around. I'm not sure if it is just the name, but it has a gentle and fun name that encourage people to engage in answering the survey. The application is easy and intuitive to set up. If you follow the wizard and use the on-line help, you can pretty much set up a professional survey without any other help. We initially used the free version and upgraded to the paid version for additional functionalities. I am a great believer in paying for the application if it help us my job and my organization. The email set up and sending process is also straight forward. Post email reports and analytics are also very good. Cons I do not have any cons against Survey Monkey. Love the application. We love being able to efficiently collect data, quickly put together surveys & polls, and easily read information. Pros We love using surveymonkey for a number of different things. We create surveys and polls to decide on meeting themes, meeting days/times, customer/employee satisfaction, filling out travel info, etc. This is such an easy way to gain information quick and easily. It gives allows people to feel comfortable giving me anonymous feedback so that they can feel free to speak their mind and I can learn from their honesty. It is very easy for me to create the surveys and easy for me to attach to my emails for my subscribers. Cons There isn't anything that I have to complain about SurveyMonkey. It does as it claims. It's very easy to create a basic survey, and launch it in a different number of ways. I absolutely love the app. I think it's a great feature for monitoring progress on the go! Cons I have a difficult time figuring out all of the different ways to use the logic based questions. Sometimes, I have success and others I do not. I think that the program has a lot of capabilities that I am probably not leveraging. Pros The way of designing the survey was good, the UI presented to the persons we want to survey was good and adapted well on mobile and desktop, I was able to analyse the data with graphs and export it on several formats. Cons The UI could be better some options like exporting are not that easy to see where they are, The export as a presentation option could look better. July 10, 2018 4.0 Pros We've used Survey Monkey in our company before but has now moved to a similar tool - which is its new owner. The best thing about Survey Monkey is that the templates are readily available to use and fully customisable. The data is easy to read and analyse. No fuss! Cons You can use the tool for free however the basic plan is limited. We noticed there are no white label options. You can see the Survey Monkey logo on all your forms. Unless they worked this out now. :) All in all, still a great tool!
