Cons Surveymonkey free only allows 10 survey questions, but I believe it is enough for reaching your customers without taking too much of their time. I’m a fan of how easy it is to adjust the questions and then examine the answers later. Cons Some of the more advanced reporting options are locked unless you upgrade to one of its pricier tiers, which may not be feasible for the nonprofit budget. It works great after PK sessions we have our staff attempt quizzes and look for a specific score before giving them the certificate for that section. Pros Ability to make quick surveys and tests and keep analytics central for responses. We use it for internal company training but also for polling customers Cons Price point I feel is extremely high for what it is. It's equally suited to internal use and external, client-facing use, and it's handily the easiest to use survey tool (both for the creator of the survey and the one taking it) that I've come across. If you require more in dept information, be ready to be charged a lot more. Pros SurveyMonkey is a good platform to use if you wish to create surveys. We mostly use for employees survey. It is a good tool because when you end the survey, it helps you to create graph to have a better understanding of the overall survey outcome. Cons The cost of the platform is the most disadvantage above all. If you have the basic plan, you are restricted to 10 questions only. If you have the advanced plan, it costs a lot of money. I have been using it for over 7 years and there has been continuous improvement. Highly recommended. Pros Survey Monkey is a easy to use tool to conduct surveys at large scale and to do the data analysis. The tool has a good user interface and has good capabilities built in to conduct survey with advanced logic. Cons The only thing they need to improve is data presentation once the analysis is done as right now you have to download the data and do you own data visualization.
