The platform is reliable, and the customer support is responsive. It's been an essential tool for our business, and I'd highly recommend it. Pros It's incredibly user-friendly! I loved how intuitive the interface is, making it quick and easy to create and distribute surveys. I didn't need any prior experience to get started. Overall it's supported us with employee engagement surveys and being able to break it down into different sections in order to understand the data more clearly. Pros Simplicity and how the platform makes it so easy to just put in your request or even giving SurveyMonkey a bit about what you want to do and they build surveys for you. Survey Monkey has been my "go to" for years! Pros The two things I liked most about Survey Monkey was the ability for people to answer surveys anonymously and the compilation of the results afterwards that I could share with my team. One more thing, I like that it integrates with monday.com as well! Cons I've mainly used it for non-profits and start ups and I often had to use the free version. Cons This software makes it easier to handle any resistance to changes by making them known to our customers before implementation. This is the goal and it accomplishes it perfectly. Pros The thing I liked most about survey monkey was the ease of creation and dispersion of surveys. The additional survey design features make it simple to create a new survey. It’s good for a beginner just looking for some general feedback on something. Cons The customer-facing UI is a bit outdated. And the option for custom domains is very hard to find in user settings. The fun I have shows when I am delivering the results to the client. Pros SurveyMonkey is easy to build surveys, the builder improves each time I login but I never have to relearn the platform. The testing aspect is easy to use and easy to edit. I like how there are multiple options to get the survey sent whether you need them to give you an audience or you want to send a link to publish to your own customers in an email, etc. I really like when you start getting data responses and you can export to charts. It turbocharges the review of the survey results to get rapid insights. Cons While it helps with recommendations on answer choices, you still need to have a strategy for what you want to get out of the survey and how it applies to your business. This is why we write the goals and survey and then move into SurveyMonkey for "programming" the survey. They pay out quick with multiple pay out options making it convenient and quick. Pros What I enjoyed and likes most about SurveyMonkey is being able to take surveys and be able to give honest feedback so consumers don't waste their money on something or there time. I enjoy earning money for my honest reviews as well. Cons The one thing that I don't care for is spending twenty minutes on a survey and then told I'm not qualified that's upsetting and a waste of my time that could have been spent elsewhere. Pros What I liked most about SurveyMonkey was how easy it is to build and customize surveys. The drag-and-drop editor lets me lay out questions exactly how I want, and the built-in templates saved me tons of time. Cons Depending what features you need, it can get expensive.. if you need white label branding, detailed analytics, those are in higher priced plans.. on the cheaper plans you have a limit of questions per survey.. Cons I do not like how SurveyMonkey sometimes has lagging issues, where it doesn't load the screen. After I click on the link again, it then loads nicely. To improve I'd like to see greater AI integration and multiple choice of modes for contribution rather than just typed. Pros SurveyMonkey is a superb tool for collecting employee feeling, and feedback. It can be deployed to collect feedback via survey's enabling anonymity or recorded. It also has flexible survey design and creativity in mind. It is generally easy to use with better features that Microsoft Forms for example. It lacks integration into the broader suite though, as you'd expect. Cons There is not AI integration to the level where it could automate or help with Survey Cadence, or translating the feedback into actionable ideas or strategy around employee engagement.
