Pros Really easy to use, even for a novice. Surveys created in just a few clicks. Templates are ready to go or you can create your own. Cons Can be restrictive depending on your specific needs. We also didn't love the integrations. Pros When we first started using SurveyMonkey, we loved how easy it was on the backend to set surveys up and the great UI on the front end for the individual taking the survey. Cons It felt like over time, SurveyMonkey made the backend just unnecessarily incredibly complex. Navigating it felt like navigating a hedged maze. Review Source RL Renee L. Enterprises will need to buy a plan for anything larger than that, but the pricing is very reasonable. Cons It's not always apparent what features or data will be locked behind a paywall, and that can be really frustrating if you're not expecting to suddenly not have access to all your respondent data. Pros The most I like about SurveyMonkey is how easy to use and set up it is, i can personalize any surveys in less than 10 minutes if i have all the questions written down. It's really smooth to use. Cons I haven't seen any drawbacks yet, but some users can find it tedious to have to login in order to fill the forms, also, once you log in, you will start getting some promotional emails, it's not a bit deal but you may want to know. Pros The right if not the best platform to land to conduct surveys, create quizzes or simply collect data out of your respondents. SurveyMonkey proves to be an ideal survey solution for the amount of distinguishable features it claims to have, unlimited number of questions, baffling designs, charts and graphs allowing easy analyses, mainly various means to extract data in form of PDF, CSV or other file forms or extensions. Cons Though it is away from its rivals as Pinpoll, it is still expensive mainly for individuals and with limited features for free tiers. There should be additional tiers and balanced features that might grab researchers' attention. Its arguably the best survey site out there, with a few improvements it could really separate itself from others. Pros What I liked most about SurveyMonkey is the extremely wide variety of options for a survey it provides. It can go as simple or as detailed as you need it for what you are looking for. It doesnt feel like there is a survey that it couldnt do. Cons What I liked least about the SurveyMonkey was is reporting portion. Cons It's frustrating that some of the best features are locked behind paid plans, and the free version can feel a bit limited at times. It can also get a little expensive if you need more advanced options and you are a small business like us.
