Rate products and service delivery to pull into our business KPI's. Pros The wealth of options for the types of questions, flows from one question to another, the tracking of answers. Its just massive. Templates of common question types, so you can quickly build a survey. It helped us identify improvement areas and work on them to fix it. We could see the improvement in customer satisfaction because of that over time. Pros I liked how versatile it was. Initially we just wanted to get feedback from our customers about our products and thats where we started. Surveymonkey did that job admirably. Surveys were easy to create and deploy and we could get solid feedback and analytics from those results. That actually helped us pinpoint the pain areas for our customers and rectify them. Immensely useful. Then we also started using this for internal training and testing. And that turned out great as well. Same format except now we were using it to collect data on how well our internal training seminars were going. It has a ton of depth that you might not see at first glance but you can make some really powerful data collection surveys with it. Cons The pricing could be a little bit more reasonable. Also some options are buried under submenus. While not bad, I still feel their User Interface could be improved quit a bit. Very easy to send out an email with a survey monkey link to our survey. Pros Survey monkey is super use friendly and I’ve only ever needed to use the free version! We’ve been able to collect tons of data from our customers Cons Like anything else these days it seems, you can pay to get an upgraded version. But the free version was good enough for me! Definitely worth coming back to if you've used it before. Pros The surveys are very clean and professional looking. We've used Survey Monkey in the past and have just started using them again and they have definitely improved with all their look and features. Cons There really isn't anything I don't like about Survey Monkey, but if I had to say something, I'd say I don't really understand the arrows in the menu bar for each survey when you're looking at the analytics​. With a simple drag and drop tool and reusable templates, you can build your survey and generate results quickly. Cons The free plan allows you to collect 100 responses only. It does exactly what it needs to. Pros We use survey monkey a few times a year. Their reporting functions are great and make it easy to share the results with the team. Building and sharing the surveys is simple as well. Really, it does everything that is says on the tin and doesn't make it too complicated. Well worth using if you need to collect some feedback Cons Visually, it could be nicer. When looking at it next to Typeform, for instance, it starts to look a little outdated. SM grants you the ability to generate feedback in a quick and efficient manner. I can make several-question surveys and send the link out to my team. I can select options to make sure individuals can only complete the survey once, and am provided with a nice visual of results--results I can transpose directly into a presentation. Pros SurveyMonkey is incredibly easy to use. You can create a new survey just as easy as you can base one off of your previous surveys. I also love how SurveyMonkey provides an analysis tab for you, even in the free version of the software. Being able to visualize results is much easier than counting results individually. I can even get a sense of where results are coming from, due to the IP tracking feature. Cons I really wish that free users could have surveys that are greater than 10 questions. We are able to create unique share links so we can track where the responses are coming from and integrate it into Hubspot. Pros The questions are simple to create but also have a lot of customization options. You can also create them as forms or polls. I like that they have a wide variety of templates to chose from, thereby eliminating the need to start from scratch. I also appreciated that it was easy to print paper copies of the survey directly without having to alter them. Cons You need to buy their premium membership to export any data - even if you just need to export one survey. I didn't realize this before doing the survey (because you don't see "upgrade to pro" until you click to export) and needing to purchase an additional membership to get my results. In terms of aesthetics, the surveys don't look bad, but there are definitely better options if you want a trendy, clean and simple survey. Review Source Palak C. Number of responses for a free account are limited, but it is easy to activate an account for a month or two, then cancel the subscription when a project is completed. I like the number of question formats, from simple yes and no questions to advanced likert scales with randomized row lists. A powerful tool for gathering feedback. Cons The science nerd in me would like to see some statistical analysis tools, something that would be able to automatically run some basic comparisons and provide some statistical significance data and that sort of thing. SurveyMonkey has greatly assisted us in overcoming this hurdle as it's a very straightforward, easy to use product that many of our regular employees have been able to readily pickup and start using. When we first moved away from our offices many teams had complaints about the surge in group emails where not much was being said but those critiques has since abated as the teams have gotten accustomed to using SurveyMonkey. Pros I like how fast you can put together a cursory set of questions, distribute it and receive answers back. I also appreciate the variety of response options you're given when creating surveys so you can mix and match scale ratings, open ended comments and "multiple response" answers, etc. all at once. Cons It's been difficult getting our users to readily recognize the emails as "not spam," either by their email filters or their own personal, internal filters. Review Source Mitchell A. Potential software form the time it was introduced in 99' This tool comes up with various integrations as well. This also supports in android's and very easy to carry out the research. Pros The data analysis tool helps the organization to come up with a date driven decisions based on which the required measures are taken. I was working in a company where we relied on the software much and 70% of the decisions are taken based on the data analysed through the software.The response rate in terms of the market research is higher and to get the real time result. I honestly feel that the outcomes are very sincere. It is very good that I can include variety of questions. The conclusions are easy to interpret. I think that the limitation to ask 10 questions is very insufficient. It should be increased to 20 questions. The outcome view should be increased from 100 to 300 so that users can analyze it effectively. Pros It is best source to construct survey on SurveyMonkey. The data is very genuine. It is very easy to operate this software. In my opinion the results of a survey is authentic. You can easily analyze your result on it. I like using different forms of question like multiple choices, open and close ended question and rating scale question etc. Cons There are very limited questions in the free version. You can ask 10 questions and get only 100 results. I think that this not sufficient for a good survey. I think that free version should have 20 question and 300 results. This will be very helpful.
