It is much easier and more secure to publish survey and analyze them. However, I am still waiting for greater ease and capability for integration into other products. Pros I love the current version of SM. It has become much easier to access the analytics post survey completion. I am also liking the fact that we can now get ongoing data and analytics as the survey period continues rather than having to waiting to end of the survey period. The security protocol for data protection is greatly appreciated. Cons I would like for the ability to be able to export the survey result(s) to reporting and data visualization tools such as Tableau. I am still waiting for SM to be effectively integrated directly into other solutions for reporting purposes. With survey monkey you do not have to worry about physically delivering questionnaires, you only need to send it through emails or post it on social media. Pros A friend introduced me to Survey monkey when he needed assistance with some research work. It was easy to find my way around the application. Since then I now use it for my surveys as well. With Survey Monkey even when you don’t know what questions to use in your surveys the sample questions are a great help. I like the ability to share the survey as well as how it analyses results which saves one a lot of time. Cons The free edition has limited features and this may only be good for small surveys or those that do not require much work. It's a great tool for getting survey answers in and I would recommend it 100%! Pros It is brilliantly easy to use, to get set up and to make your first survey and send it out. I was up and running within about 20mins of starting to use the software. It's also great for the user to fill out, never had any glitches or any issues with using SurveyMonkey. The unlimited number offering (surveys, questions, responses) is also really useful and is really good for using with multiple options of survey. Cons It's very expensive to use once you have a few user of the software, which is a shame for a small company. Also it would be nice to be able to customise the surveys using CSS to make them more bespoke and brand-suited. Apart from that there aren't really many downsides to using it, thoroughly recommend! It is easy to use for both the creator and the end user. It looks good when published on the blog , looks professional and is customizable. If I need 5 or 10 choices then I can easily make the survey for that number. Honestly, it is so easy to use and looks so good that I have to make sure that I do not use it too much. I last used it in November to poll my readers to see what type of blog entries they would like to read in December. I was even able to put an entry for other and then have the reader put their suggestions in the.comments. Pros It is easy to use for both the creator and the end user. As a content producer, I like the functions that I manage in my company and obtain data from future clients through opinion polls. Most of the time they don't really make a lot of sense. Pros Most of the answers require a simple fill in the bubble. This is made for simple surveys that are just looking for basic likes/dislikes.
