Pros The most liked feature of SurveyMonkey, according to me, is its intuitive and rapid-responding user interface and easy-to-drag features. Can be used as a great market research tool. Also, the report compilation from the numerous number of survey responses is also pretty decent. Cons Being features being very handy, they actually come at a bit elevated price in comparison to other form-generating websites. And also sometimes it feels more like a template-type website, as in we can't do something on our curiosity. As a user, Navigating SurveyMonkey questions was fairly quick and easy Pros I used SurveyMonkey for my marketing research and the platform was userfriendly, i could get insights and charts in different formats. Cons The problem with free version is the ads, this is very distracting for those trying to get to the end of the survey. I suggest moving all ads to survey completion page. We were able to do anonymous and have them list their names. Being able to refer back to the surveys is helpful for our accompany when making changes to policies, too. Cons Having to pay to be able to keep record of our surveys. It is a little expensive for what we're getting with it, but our company would definitely use it again. It was VERY helpful. Pros I needed to quickly create a survey and send it out (during a meeting) and Survey Monkey made it super easy to do. Really in-depth analysis of the results of the surveys as well.
