It worked for me, but as I said, the limitations with the free version made me to use another software. Pros SurveyMonkey was the first website that I use to build surveys, however as the time has passed I feel its free version has become limited, compared with other softwares. Cons The limitations you have in the free version. As well, the limitations you have to edit the data that has been surveyed. Sure they dont juat give you the money, you have to earn it and put your time in; you get what you give! Pros I like that it is open to anyone and easy to use. Its free and easy to use and who doesnt like earning free money. The more you put into it, the more you get out of it. We use it to vote for the best associate for the month who has gone above and beyond in our department. We also use it to help the sensory lab decide on which items to select for the following week's food samples for associates to try. It is easy for each recipient to open the email with the link, fill out your portion of the survey and submit. It is all within a click away. This completely took over the use for Outlook Vote button for us. Cons I used surveymonkey when I was in college about three years ago and there was not anything I disliked about SurveyMonkey then; and there isn't anything I dislike about it now. Cons The "free" version of SurveyMonkey has only a limited variety of designs when it comes to the aesthetics and appearance of the surveys... on the whole, though, this isn't that big of a deal. Pros It is easy to use from an administrator's point of view as well as from the point of view of the one taking the survey. There is no need for explanation. The Survey Monkey loading page for the beginning of each survey is easy to understand and everything is easy to navigate. Cons I usually can think of at least one thing that I do not like about software but in this case, I cannot. The only thing that I might change would be the name altogether. "Survey Monkey" - It sounds childish so I could imagine some companies would not use it because they are trying to keep some level of professionalism and they may think something called "Survey Monkey" could take away from that. Go for it. Pros It was simple to get up and running with SurveyMonkey. You can build out your survey with themes and various presets to help to go along faster. It was great to move around the questions for easy sorting. Cons The limitations with the free trial - although that is to be expected.
