Pros The surveys are not long and even if some of them are, they keep you engaged and you don’t feel bored while completing them. Not like some of the others where you don’t even want to complete them. Cons Subscription is needed to use many of the advanced features and even some of the basic features. It's very simple, it works fast, and it's one of the most affordable ways to gather data internal or external Cons Does not carry advanced tools, or deep data. You will get primarily general survey data and need an external tool to get granular or analyze results. So far every survey i've taken and done to generate data have been informative and worked as intended. Pros I find it to be a seamless and easy to use product. It can be used from what to get from lunch on a specific trip. Literally a kid could use this. The constant prompting to upgrade and spend more with their platform was highly annoying, and just not worth my time, Pros Customer service was great, they helped me get cancelled and refunded after I was charged on an auto renew. Cons Survey results are limited to view and kept behind a paywall. Pros I liked the wase of use it was very easy to create a survey eith surveymonkey Cons I did not like that thought the survey was easy to create i could not use it eithout payong a 300$/yr subscription fee. There wasnt even a monthly option or a free trial option. I am a student and needed 1 survey for a project I have to do. It would be more beneficial to allow even a cost per survey. I would have happily paid say $20 for my one and only needed survey but as a student i could not afford the yearly subscription. However if u need to create many surveys this would be a good service to use and possibly cost effective as the survey options are sim0ly amazing Review Source CS Claire S. Well known tool which helps prevent efforts from going to spam. The design options for participant interface are also really nice. Cons Although it does have integration options, it is not as smooth to set up as Google or Microsoft Forms if you are already in that ecosystem as an organization, so those tools can offer that advantage depending what types of forms you are trying to build. They are more limited than Survey Monkey though. It's a very handy product we use at our company for feedback and I'm glad we have this tool. Pros What I like most about SurveyMonkey is how easy it is to use and how effective at is at creating surveys for employees at our company. Cons What I like least about SurveyMonkey are technical errors that may happen when sending surveys to employees but this happens very minimally and is not the end of the world. Recipients of the survey also find it easy to respond. Pros It's a convenient way to quickly create surveys. Really easy to navigate. Very user friendly on both ends. Cons I really don't have too many cons. The customization is a bit limited in terms of fonts, etc but that's not very important to me. Different plans have more powerful options, including enterprise capabilities for procurement to manage vendor relationships. Pros It's easy to use and it's free. I've used it several times to help with customer discovery and I find it intuitive. I like how it notifies me when I get a new response. Also the paid version has much more features, including an ability to do procurement, which is what our firm was looking for. Cons Free plan is limited and rather basic.
