Cons Using SurveyMonkey sometimes the surveys are very long, but most of the time is short, the only down time is how long it takes to filled a survey in, but for the most part is okay. But I really think for the shorter and concise surveys, you don't really need all the extra data reports and graphs. The option can be there for the user. Just give me the basic information that I am looking for. Pros The ease of creating a survey with the tools that are provided. Cons The overwhelming amount of information being presented in graphs. data insights and trends. For example: I organized a simple four question survey for a summer event with my work. It was just to confirm individual attendance and diet restrictions. The data that was giving back was more data then what I wanted to review. And the individual responses were not made visible, instead it gave links for every response back. Pros The ability to integrate the applications with multiple applications. This really helped us ensure that we maximized the response to our polls. Especially grateful to be able to integrate into Salesforce where most of our users perform the bulk of their job duties. Cons I would have preferred that there be increased flexibility in the method and manner of the reports/results from the surveys. For the most part the results are comprehensive and clear. But there are have been a few surveys that included a less conventional responses and the application struggled with the output. It gets the job done quickly and makes my surveys look very professional. I am very happy with the platform. Pros It makes creating surveys easy and simple. The platform is very intuitive and has multiple options that I hadn't even considered but now can't live without. Cons I wish that it had a spell checker. If it has one I haven't found it. Sometimes I feel like the laid out steps are a little redundant but overall the steps do help you not miss anything.
