Pros I love how easy it is to create a survey and send a link to your recipient. It was also easy to send the link to mobile devices for those that are not tech savvy or have access to a computer. The surveys are very user friendly and easy to follow. Cons If only sending occasional surveys, I didn't like how SurveyMonkey only allows you to add but so many questions and a lot of the features must be purchased to add. Pros I liked that it provided ongoing data about how many users had accessed my survey. Cons Unfortunately, this software does not do all of the things that it says it does. The subscription options were terrible, and basically forced me into a nearly $500 purchase to access fairly basic options. Other providers offer more for less/free. Additionally, there is some trickery around renewals and they make it VERY hard to cancel your subscription. It feels like a money grab. And sadly, their customer service is horrendous. Last Month, I ve used your services for one unique survey. Considering my structure, this was really a one time survey with no forecast to use it again. I must say I love the way your system is built and I was ready to give a top review. Now, few days ago I got billed 47$ because of "auto-renew". This was not clear because of my business I did not bother to check my account. So, ~3 hours after the billing confirmation, I asked please to refund me because I don't have any utility of this service (due to my structure). Sounds fair for me. Your support said "it's not possible because of our policy". Well, I can understand you won't refund someone after months of auto-renew, it makes sense. But in my case it's a nonsense. From a happy customer, you made an upset one which will write bad review all over the internet....Nonsense. This politic shows for me that you have a "auto-renew customer scam", which means, better you screw thousand of customers with 1 month auto-renew than having a full transparency sales management. If your intention is really to serve, then the "auto-renew" should be here to help and facilitate, not to be a cashcow. After 2hours, how did my refund request may have penalized your business ??? Non Sense. Pros The Software is really good, quick clean clear. Cons The customer Support. They prefer to lose a customer because of their "policy" than to refund after 2h for a fair request. (it's been a while) It's been some time since I've created a survey myself, but I will soon be doing it again for my rental business. In fact when the notion to create a survey for our tenants Survey Monkey immediately came to mind. I've been on the survey taker side in many of the companies I've worked for in the past and it's very easy and clean on the survey taker side. Cons I don't really have any Cons. This is mostly due to a lack of experience in the field. I don't think I've made a survey in anything else, short of Zoho's Manage Engine, which was a pretty sad experience.
