Survey Monkey is intuitive and easy to use. The dashboards are wondeful and make it easy for our team to stay on the same page viewing real-time feedback.

Pros

I love how easy it is to make attractive surveys quickly and easily. It's a great tool for employee engagement!

Cons

The only thing I don't like - the design options are a bit limited, but are more than sufficient for an internal-facing tool.

### "Survey Monkey has worked (most of the time) for us"

This is what we use for our theater auditions and it seems to keep all of the data in one place without driving me crazy. My coffee is now cold. Used to chase paperwork around like a maniac but now I can see in the tables who is missing items. Gladly no longer have to physically mail contracts to students and I am finally able to leave the office.

Pros

The drag and drop is fine since that's how everything is done today and thank you god the radiator in our office is finally warming up. We were able to get Survey Monkey talking to Zapier with our email lists and I was actually surprised it didn't blow up on us. My dog is barking at nothing but the templates are there, so I don't have to start over from scratch which is good.

Cons

I dislike having to click "Properties" every time I want to make edits to a label; it should just pop right open. Occasionally I won't be able to log in and then I'll have to sit and wait for an hour before the site feels like its going to work again. I also have to refill out every single camp form from scratch every year versus being able to just update their information which is a huge hassle for everyone and it makes me want to quit.

Overall I have had a decent experience with Survey Monkey as I have used it often enough at different organizations. I have used other survey systems that have worked better and some that have been worse. In the end I think finding what best works for your org and needs is best.

Pros

I like that it is easy to set up surveys and different types of questions and layouts. It is able to make surveys look clean and engaging.

Cons

I mainly dislike the price as it is very expensive to purchase on its own. I would recommend a bundle option or finding another version like Microsoft or a cheaper option you can integrate.

Cons

I don’t have anything negative to say about surveymonkey. My team and I have had a great experience utilizing this software!

This tool allows me as a Language Instructor to assess the student engagement and adjust our curriculum according to the real-time data. It has greatly simplified the manner in which we process end-of-course reports and internal team comments among our small employees.

Pros

It is so easy to create professional surveys on the platform that are friendly to the students and we are able to collect genuine information on our teaching practices.

Cons

The price of the premium levels is very expensive in relation to such a small learning facility, and the customer service response time is not always that quick.

Again, it's pretty easy and that helps with some of our tech-challenged generations to also be able to go in and add their votes. That's important to us that everyone feels included!

Pros

It's pretty easy to understand and allows everyone the chance to vote in whatever contest we are holding at that time.

Cons

Not being able to fit more on one page and doing it across multiple pages. When we hold our contests, it covers 25+ properties and 200+ employees. When spread across multiple pages, sometimes you forget what you've seen when you enter page 4 or 5.

Overall, I believe it’s a good tracking system for surveys and there is various surveys you can create and different ways. You can use the survey so it’s not a bad system.

Pros

SurveyMonkey is a good tool to use for creating employee surveys and getting feedback and even doing anonymous surveys.

Cons

One time I built a survey and I thought I could send it out to all employees, but they gave me a limit of I believe 30 people because I had not signed up and bought a plan yet. It wasn’t clear when I started creating the survey without having an account that there was a limit of how many people that I could send it to.

It is quick and easy to use and works for large groups of people to gather a lot of responses on various topics.

Pros

It is very easy to use and provides good responses and is good for filing answers for a large group of people. The survey design is easy to use for all. It helps engage the whole team in participating due to ease of use and how quick the responses you provide are. Immediate results are sent and immediately gathered by the person sending the survey.

Cons

It always makes you attempt to sign in after using and creating an account which is not something I want to do. There is no go back button on response pages which can be bad if I want to change an answer.

I have used this product for years to get feedback and market research as a survey tool. It is easy to use and quick to implement.

Pros

Ease of use and flexibility with customizations, features are intuitive for create survey for leads, employees and many other groups for free.

Cons

Unable to embed surveys directly into an email, it always redirects people to their website. That’s a bit annoying whenever I’m looking to get feedback.

We use survey monkey mainly internally for product knowledge quizzes. It works great after PK sessions we have our staff attempt quizzes and look for a specific score before giving them the certificate for that section.

Pros

Ability to make quick surveys and tests and keep analytics central for responses. We use it for internal company training but also for polling customers

Cons

Price point I feel is extremely high for what it is. To go from a free level to a plan with some customizations you are looking at over $300 per user.

I have used SurveyMonkey for board member and employee surveys and am thrilled with how well it works. Being able to reuse and update previously-created surveys has saved me a lot of time, and my audience members have been able to take the surveys with ease. The options for displaying survey results have allowed us to create easy summaries that aid in decision-making, employee reviews, and policy-changes.

Pros

Easy to use, with flexible design options, great survey summaries. Can create a survey in minutes that are simple and straightforward for my audience. I appreciate that I can copy and update previous surveys that I made, so that I don't have to start from scratch every time.

Cons

I don't have any complaints yet. I have used the platform for board member and employee surveys and it seems versatile enough to provide the privacy options we require.

While the premium features can be costly, the platform consistently delivers professional results and reliability for both small and large-scale survey projects.

Pros

It is the most intuitive survey builder there is with features such as drag and drop interface, various questions types and provides a comprehensive way to add logic to the surveys. In addition, templates are ample and are mostly ready to use. Like their analytics and reporting as well with real-time results and export options available. It integrates well with my ecosystem of hubspot and salesforce

Cons

Pricing can be better, as free plan is limited to 10 questions and 40 responses per survey. Additionally, there is less flexibility compared to typeform and google forms when it comes to visual customisation

SurveyMonkey has proven to be a valuable resource internally for our organization. Surveys are easily generated, employees can quickly log their responses, an data can be retrieved quickly. I wish the design customization options were more broad, but it fits our needs for now.

Pros

It's easy to quickly log in and create a survey for general information gathering. Taking a survey using the SurveyMonkey is very easy and straight forward. The templates available are helpful, and data analyzation is relatively easy to figure out.

Cons

Visually it could be more appealing and the customization is lacking compare to other platforms. Tier based pricing means the accessible features at the lowest basic level are very limited.

I have taken and created many different Surveys with SurveyMonkey and it is very easy to use but the platform could definitely use some work for sure.

Pros

SurveyMonkey is helpful when it comes to creating custom surveys and assist your team in being more self driven and you can manage all of the information from the surveys easily as well as using AI to assist you in creating a more personalized survey expericence.

Cons

One thing I did find that was a downside that if you get alot of responses you only get the first 40 and another downside is the potential cost.

Overall, my experiences with SurveyMonkey have been great. They've developed the expertise to be user-friendly, and that makes it great for employees to use and less resistant because it's more intuitive.

Pros

SurveyMonkey is one of the best survey tools I've used in both business and non-profit settings for getting customer feedback and management support, and it's very easy to use. I think the best part of the software is its ease of use and intuitiveness. A lot of surveys out there are clunky, hard to use, and make a person not want to complete them. SurveyMonkey streamlines it all and makes the process easy.

Cons

So far, I've never encountered any negative aspects to it. Whenever I use a survey sent from SurveyMonkey, I'm relieved because I know it'll be easy to use.

When I get surveys other people have done with SurveyMonkey, I tend to answer them right away because I understand how simple and easy it's going to be. Sometimes you get surveys and you just feel dread but I like filling out SurveyMonkey requests and I like using SurveyMonkey with my own projects because I trust the process and my SurveyMonkey findings are important for our business!

Pros

SurveyMonkey is so easy to use. I've worked with it to gather information and opinons and, frankly, it helped me find the questions that I needed to ask to get the information I needed. Any survey is only good as your questions! LOL Using SurveyMonkey we started getting information of value from our respondents!

Cons

I couldn't do the surveys, well not effectively, until I started reviewing the survey templates. There I learned not only how to give my respondents viable choices to select but honestly - How to ask the Question! Far from a con, this is all learning that I needed and I gratefully found the answers on the website.

Pros

Survey Monkey is a easy to use tool to conduct surveys at large scale and to do the data analysis. The tool has a good user interface and has good capabilities built in to conduct survey with advanced logic.

Cons

The only thing they need to improve is data presentation once the analysis is done as right now you have to download the data and do you own data visualization.

Pros

I like how this site has a simple design and is easy to use. My company uses this product a lot to complete surveys on how to improve in events.

Cons

I do not like how SurveyMonkey sometimes has lagging issues, where it doesn't load the screen. After I click on the link again, it then loads nicely. However, this does not occur too often, so that is good.

SurveyMonkey is a good platform to use if you wish to create surveys. We mostly use for employees survey. It is a good tool because when you end the survey, it helps you to create graph to have a better understanding of the overall survey outcome.

Cons

The cost of the platform is the most disadvantage above all. If you have the basic plan, you are restricted to 10 questions only. If you have the advanced plan, it costs a lot of money.
