Generell kann ich die Software und das Unternehmen weiterempfehlen. Die Zusammenarbeit hat super funktioniert und es wurde auf all unsere Wünsche und Ideen eingegangen.

Pros

Am besten gefallen haben mir die vielen Features und Möglichkeiten in der Software. Auch Dinge die aktuell in der Software nicht möglich waren, wurden während unseres Projektes von der enra GmbH umgesetzt, sodass auch individuelle Anpassungen möglich waren. Vor allem die Customer Experience für unsere Kunden konnte mit enra auf ein neues Level gebracht werden.

Cons

Lediglich der Content Pool war teilweise nicht ganz so benutzerfreundlich. Hier haben ein paar Features gefehlt, die aber mit dem nächsten Software Update verfügbar sein werden :)

Sehr einfache Benutzung. Nach nur 10 Minuten Einweisung, ist man in der Lage selbst zu konfigurieren.

Ein sehr guter Partner für all jene, die sich digital neu ausrichten möchten und neue Wege gehen umso neue Kontakte digital und analog zu knüpfen!

Individuelle und übersichtliche Funktionen, Benutzerfreundlichkeit, simple Handhabung, sehr hilfreicher und unterstützender Kundenservice, übersichtliche Gestaltung, laufende Kundenbetreuung

Cons

Nachteile gab es keine, nicht beeinflussbar ist hier wie immer die individuelle Internetverbindung, was das Erlebnis und die Handhabung natürlich erschweren kann.
