Cons The Platform was at its initial development phase, and was redesigned. Luckily the support we got was effective for the implementation the successful coordination. Previously, it was solely organized via sending and receiving emails. This year, we could just add the educational courses and workshops in the courses list, create announcements and send them to all the participant with a click and allow participants to find other members and create teams inside the platform, while we were tracking their progress. Cons We had a difficult time setting it up, but the Univation Team soon jumped in and did all the work for us! After we were trained how to use it, managing the competition was a breeze.
