This can save a lot of time and frustration of switching between several apps to find information, though with a significant up front time investment.

Pros

Glean can search company-wide data like Slack, Google Drive, Confluence, email, and more, in one interface.

Cons

Not very “plug-and-play”, requiring me to get permission and help from several teams to get data sources connected and indexed for my purposes.

Glean accelerated my on boarding and makes it easier to do my job. before I spent hours each week reading through wiki and waiting for responses from colleagues now I can independently access knowledge I need and focus on more strategic aspects of my role. I love that I can ask questions in natural language and expert help is always there on demand.

Pros

The natural language search capability change the way I access information across my organization instead of pinging technical experts constantly I can quickly find all the documents presentations and internal knowledge I need to do my job.

Cons

Sometimes results can be overwhelming when I'm looking for something specific. I wish the filtering capabilities were natural language as well.
