The team is extremely knowledgeable. The tool allows us to identify which vendors are driving problems and then recoup the costs of that extra labor at our warehouses. We can also work with those vendors on future improvements to help with warehouse efficiency. Cons Customization comes at a cost, and Traverse should share what their other customers have done so that all can utilize that functionality.
