It’s reliable for storing and accessing files from anywhere, and I like how easy it is to share documents. However, the costs can add up if you're storing a lot of data, and the interface could be a bit more user-friendly for beginners. But overall, it’s a solid service for managing files in the cloud. Pros What I liked most about Google Cloud Storage is how easy it is to store and access files from anywhere. It’s super reliable, so I never have to worry about losing important documents, and it’s simple to share files with others. Plus, it’s flexible you can store anything from small documents to big media files, and you only pay for the space you use. Cons What I liked least about Google Cloud Storage is that it can get a bit expensive as you store more data. Also, the user interface isn't always the easiest to navigate, especially if you're not familiar with cloud storage. It takes a little time to figure out all the features and options. I have lost files before backing them up, and now I keep everything on Google to ensure that it does not happen again. I have enjoyed how easy it is to backup files, access files and be connected from many different devices, and more. I am a better teacher and more organized teacher because of this application. Pros I love how easy it is to connect all devices (phones, computers, tablets, and more) to my Cloud Storage and how they all come together so well. I also love that I can share my Cloud storage with my family through the Family Share so that we do not spend more money on different plans. Furthermore, I enjoy the backup and the cloud ability to save files to the cloud and know that they are secure. I also enjoy the permissions that I can give to choose the level of engagement that people can have. Cons I do not like when the Cloud Storage and Google Drive take files and change them from their file type to Google Doc format. Google Docs are great but often messes with my customization. I try to remember to check my settings so it does not do it automatically, but it can often be quite annoying. My husband implored me to upload everything to the Cloud storage server. I was able to get every single one of my files backup up and off my laptop, and now it runs SO much better while I didn't have to worry about deleting any important files. Pros My husband encouraged me several years ago to start utilizing my Cloud storage. I can't believe I didn't do it sooner! After switching jobs about four years ago, I realized how slow my laptop was running due to all the large stored files I had on it. I am very unorganized and felt that if I just put them on a flash drive or an external memory drive, I would lose them. My husband reminded me that we had the Cloud storage, and I was so excited knowing that all of my files would be in one simple place online. It is security tight and safe to store your information. You are able to access the information anywhere and on any device. However, you must have internet and know the access security information. It is just an excellent information storage software. Pros Without a doubt, google cloud storage is best for people who value privacy and like keeping their information for as long as they possibly can like me. I like keeping my old and new information private but most vitally I like keeping it for a long period of time. Storing in a PC or USB has not been so wise for a variety of reasons. Google cloud storage has met my personality and objectives very well when comes to information because I can keep my information in the cloud and have access to it anywhere using any device for as long as I know the security credentials. How beautiful is that! Nobody can access this information without knowing the security credentials. I'm able to look at my memorable pictures and videos anytime I want to and that is interesting for me. Again, the software reminds me of my previous year's events through notifications and that just cheers me up. Growing up I would normally post all my favourite pictures on Facebook just to keep them in case I lose my mobile phone. Now, this google storage allows me to save my picture without posting them on a social media platform. Cons It only back up information through internet connectivity.
