If I have returning customers I can pull up their old information and see what they like at our restaurant. Pros In the past, I used to be afraid of losing information, but now I have it all saved in the cloud. When it comes to saving customers' information on past banquets I can review the information in the cloud. Cons I dislike that the cloud storage space gets filled up quickly, the icloud sends you a reminder every day that your storage is full and that you need to pay for more storage. Cons That sometimes i want to save a file that i had just saved and because it's being sync it says that it's being used and i can't save, so i need to save it with another name. and sometimes google sheets online is kind of slow. I still backup to other hard drives as well, but Cloud is safer. Pros We all know some people who lost photos due to system failure, crashing, loss, etc. One of my aquaintances just had this happen to him last week! Avoid it by using Cloud Storage. Pros I mainly use the cloud photo app which is very easy to use, it backs up photos as soon as it starts and already shows how many photos you can delete right away as they are already saved in the cloud, not to mention the documents...
