Tiene un excelnte servicio la pudimos personalizar de acuerdo a nuestras nesecidades, y anuestra forma de trabajo anterior,

Me resulto ser muy util para monitorear la produccion de las estaciones de trabajo, en tiempo real

Cons

Quizas poder hacer una interface para poder hacer mis ordenes de trabajo en ella de forma masiva, ya que nesecito cargar promedio 30 ordenes diarias

Es una plataforma amigable y fácil de operar, simple de instalar y configurar, dando valor rápidamente. El servicio es bueno, siempre al pendiente y dando insights de manera proactiva en temas cómo adopción. Nos responden siempre rápido y con respuestas bien preparadas.

Pros

Nuestros operadores la pudieron adoptar relativamente rápido, se puede instalar y configurar a distancia, es adaptable a diferentes tipos de procesos.

Cons

El proceso de análisis y visualización de la información para toma de decisiones creo tiene potencial y lo que se tiene es muy bueno, pero requiere de tiempo de nuestra parte para dedicarle y construir justo lo que necesitamos, y a veces no tenemos el tiempo para preparar y construir estos reportes. No es una herramienta de Business Intelligence, pero creo puede serlo o al menos tener funciones similares que nos ayuden a explotar la información que se recolecta.

Sistema de indicadores muy claros a nivel Ingenieria que nos ayudan a establecer nuevas rutas de procesos con los indicadores que se generan dia a dia

Pros

Es un software bastante amigable que nos ayuda a medir y controlar los procesos dentro de nuestras lineas de produccion asi como la cantidad de actualizaciones aplicables dierectamente sobre mis lineas y procesos que ayudan a nuestros controles

Cons

tal vez si se modicara la vista para los operadores , que cuente con semaforos continuos donde podamos validadr el avance minuto a minuto de cada estacion de trabajo

Dentro del tiempo de uso, se ha presentado “problemas” en general por le numero de datos reales y sería bueno profundizar la raíz de todo eso. se mejoró mucho el avance con el uso enfocado con el sistema, y las ventajas que ha aportado son muy buenas de considerar por el salto de dar mejoría al dato real.

Pros

En este software, la implementación de las nuevas tecnologías y mejora continua es una de los mas impactantes beneficios, es un sistema bastante fácil de usar, aunque la integración de los procesos para la implementación con el sistema, es de estar constantemente en insistencia para no perder constancia.

Cons

Una de las funciones que considero debería de mejorar es el tiempo de implementación, ya que es robusto este cambio de cambiar la estructura y normalidad de trabajar, y para agilizar el avance, sería importante dar énfasis a los beneficios de hacer el cambio y concientizar mayor importancia y dedicación para no dejar que el apoyo sea muy sobre cargado

Gracias a este software, tengo la visibilidad y el control de la operación, podemos eficientar de los procesos. Tenemos control de mermas y producción. La medición de tiempos muertos, razones documentadas. Toda esta información la tenemos en tiempo real, lo que nos ha llevado a tomar decisiones y acciones mas rápido y con sustento.

Es fácil de utilizar, implementar, muy amigable y en mejora continua. excelente y rápido soporte técnico. el Panel de información sencillo y claro Reportes completos

Tener un soporte del avance en producción, además de poder descargar en Excel los datos de tiempos, piezas, pararos máquinas, etc.

Pros

El avance de cada uno de los procesos en una orden de fabricación.

Cons

Cargar en un archivo de Excel los números no es sencillo, sin duda sería más fácil cargar estos números de parte en un archivo de Excel, agregar atajos con el teclado le daría un plus.
