The system so far? Amazing. My staff really like the fact that you don't call some random 1-800 number if you have any issues. Pros I think the best part of Cubikil is its performance and security. I mean let's face it, the storage software out there is not that great and I personally feel most of them are still stuck in the past. Cubikil allowed us to easily manage our self-storage facilities from anywhere. I have to say so far their customer service has been impeccable. They always make sure to get their support staff on the problem at hand within minutes. I also like that I personally met the \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] of Cubikil and even have his personal number. Migration to Cubikil was seamless, they had their support team assist us in moving from our old system to Cubikil. The did everything! Units, Reservations, payments... you name it. Cubikil Merchant Services is probably my favorite feature! Cons Honestly at this point and it's been roughly a year, we have no issues. One thing I can say is that they push tons of system updates!!!
