It helped us to fix a lot of bugs in our website, and to spot a lot in users' interactions that we didn't expect but saw via sessions recording and heatmaps. Pros We have been using it for around 6 months now, and for now I'd say that most valuable features for us were Heatmaps, Cohorts, and Funnels. Cons Nothing comes to my mind. We're waiting for upcoming features, but there is no information when they will be released.
