Terribly dissatisfied with both the product and customer service experience

Pros

The theory of the product is great, but the results are non existent

Cons

Overall, the product is essentially useless, and the company seems more concerned with collecting payment than providing customer support or maintaining a good reputation. I cannot recommend this service based on my experience. This product is a complete waste of time and money. It essentially just crawls LinkedIn and burns through your InMail allotment without delivering any real results. Despite going through a pilot program and having weekly calls with their customer success team, I never found a single viable candidate. Most of the contact information they provide is outdated or flat-out wrong. To make matters worse, the pilot contract automatically converts to a full subscription unless you give 7 days' notice to cancel. I missed the 7-day window, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, they refused to let me cancel or refund my money. It’s been MONTHS and I haven’t heard a word from anyone. This company clearly cares more about taking your $9,000 than actually delivering value or providing any customer support. Their product is useless, and their reputation for customer service is non-existent. Avoid this company at all costs.

It has been a very pleasant experience using HQ, and I will be ramping up my adoption of this platform on a. larger scale in my organisation

Pros

Software has been easy to use, and has mostly fit my requirements. Candidates are reporting that they have had a very pleasant experience, and I have personally been quite impressed with the quality of the candidates that have cleared the screening as the number of false positives has been lowered dramatically

Cons

There are a few roles that I would have liked HireQuotient to cover as well- for example, Data Science roles that we have been looking to hire for.

Reasons for choosing HireQuotient

Found HQ to be a better barometer of performance for the roles I was looking to fill out, my team was also in favor of adopting HireQuotient due to better fitment
