Before Sparrow: we were harried and trying to manage state disability, FMLA and leave benefits. With Sparrow: we know our employees are getting professional guidance for their leaves. Employee satisfaction is high!

Pros

My client has worked with Sparrow to manage their leaves of absence and it has improved communication and the employee experience greatly! Their team is very knowledgeable and professional. They keep us advised about every aspect of the leaves that are queued up and in process and work with our payroll team to reconcile benefits paid and salary payments.

Cons

Nothing! They are great to work with. I wish I had known about them and partnered with them sooner!
