Zoominfo replaced many hours of tedious manual work at our organisation. It's super easy to get started and use but also has a depth of features and functionality that make it worth the investment.

Pros

\- broad range of accounts and leads - intent information is valuable - intuitive user interface

Cons

\- limited contacts outside of North America - high price point / user limitations - cross user collaboration seems broken. Not able to share lists/filter settings

Overall I am highly satisfied with Zoominfo and there are easy connectors available with most marketing automation systems from implementation pov

Pros

ZoomInfo helps to enrich the data with the most accurate info and this really helps to minimize the number of fields on website

Cons

The ZoomInfo UI although is fine but can improve to make it more useful as an Iframe on CRM

My favorite part is that it merges with Hubspot and I can transfer information between the two softwares.
