Software is simple. Support is always at hand by way of text or email. Excellent service. Pros I had tried some other software before I came across Request. The other software companies did not appear to have a person that i could speak to to help me set up their software. Request is a fantastic, easy to use software. Cons None I can think of so far. I have not come across any issues. Reasons for choosing Request I tried the trial options with Fresha and Simpy Book Me, they were too confusing and there was nobody at hand to assist me in setting it up.
