It allows our employees to see policies in real time and they update immediately, without having to verify each property added to a physical book. The employees appreciate the ease of use and the fact that they can find all their forms in one location. Pros I love the ease of use and the collaborations that we are allowed to use for every admin to review the policy before the official changes. This saves on paper review, and each person can add their own edits. To add information is easy, the formatting is difficult. Cons I am disappointed that the quiz/survey function does not work. Or that Policy Partner 2.0 has not come out for the acknowledgement piece for employees to acknowledge changes. The merge fields are quirky, where sometimes they work and other times they do not. To get the document set up is frustrating, the font does not alway change correctly or follow the same fonts and the list items has issues at times being correct.
