Overall: Extremely happy with the product which came in as a replacement for IIB wherein we faced lot of issues and had challenges with log monitoring/analysis. And the turnaround time for implementation and ease of use has been excellent.

Cons: User Management - can be better. Enable returns management for ecom like raising claims , QC updates etc User wise logins for FMS. say if a seller has 5 warehouse we should create 5 accounts in FMS. It has to be 1 account and 5 sub users under that.
