Awsome. CRM option is good. I really enjoyed this feature. And i can tweak Between some options that's good.

Pros

Yes there are lots of things that i can talk about. But i will specially talk about Your logo. Its quite nice.

Overall, my experience with RestroGreen has been positive. It helps manage restaurant operations smoothly and saves time in day to day tasks. While there are some areas that could be improved, especially tax and pricing settings, it is still a reliable system for restaurant management.

Pros

RestroGreen is very easy to use and keeps everything in one place. Order management, billing, and daily operations are simple to handle, even during busy hours. The interface is user-friendly, so staff can learn it quickly without much training.

Cons

One limitation is that categories cannot be permanently deleted and can only be deactivated. This can make menu management a bit confusing over time, especially when old or unused categories remain visible in the system.

The customer service from my Relationship manager has been top notch, whenever I've faced any issue setting up the software he has been there for me. The software itself hasn't given me any problems so far so I'd say it's been all good till now.

Pros

RestroGreens biggest pro is it works on Android devices making it accessible to my wait staff and chefs, they can use it on their personal devices; one other thing that's really good for me is it's affordable compared to other softwares if you consider the features it provides. And my menus are all on IT devices so this software helps me remain paperless.

Cons

One negative is there's no way to delete previous menus from the backend software and since we change menus frequently it creates a huge backlog of menu items

The software has been easy to use and the customer support from the relationship manager has been exquisite as well, answering all my questions and queries as soon as I called them, overall my relationship with them has been smooth and steady.

Pros

The software has an easy to use interface and most importantly the UI is easy for the Restaurant staff to use, this is one of the biggest plus points of this software. From the management staff to the entry level employees all have been happy to use the software over other similar software due to this one factor.

Cons

Usually there hasn't been too many complaints, the software has only once gone down due to server overload or some other glitch in the system which caused order wait times to increase and billing system to come to a halt for a time, although this was solved after a while.

They cover POS, CRM, Inventory, and accounting. It's like a one-stop solution for the restaurants. That's a big plus to have everything under one umbrella.

Pros

Mostly liked their customer support and the value for money aspect. It's all in one aspect is the thing that I liked most.

Cons

I have nothing to mention as cons. Liked the features of this and didn't feel like anything was bothering me.

Overall experience - 9, on a scale of 10. With 3 outlets of Muslim Kebab Limited, what I need most after being in the business for more than 19 years is time. Restrogreen saves the time for me actually.

Pros

I have three outlets in Kakrail, Baily Road and Jhonson Road, Dhaka. I can log in my Android Backoffice and monitor sales and payment informations.

Cons

I am happy with. the pos reports and payments but few months ago we started the inventory package. But it is not as easy as the pos package. Give we are a kebab shop it is a hassle to set-up the recipe accordingly.

Overall I am happy with RestroGreen, their client support is good. Also their backoffice application is top notch with instant activity notification. I use from my iphone.

Pros

We reopened Tarka back in 2024 at new location in Dhaka, Banani. I was using a software from other vendor at my previous location. But when I first got the hold of this software- I was amazed actually. I got full grip of my waiter and sales via waiter app and Backoffice application of Restrogreen.

Cons

They are missing the employee tracking, also I am not much of fan of their PC pos app. Their PC experience could be better honestly speaking.
