I like that the platform was easy to use and that the team is very responsive and helpful.
G-P is doing a great job and I had an overall great expensive with their platform and employees.
Its user friendly and very much disciplined about salary and other wage contribution. If any query is raised regarding wages or benefits get resolved with proper solution.
It was easy enough for me to follow my process, and the fact that there was always someone assisting me was great and helpful.
Cons
The web platform itself is a bit confusing, and data from what was uploaded vs what gets reflected later in the process was not the same.
Nothing relevant to mention here. If there have been some delays at times in delivering information, it was never due to negligence or lack of attention.
A little confuse to sign out the weekly working time.
Unfortunately, we feel that the time and expense platform used by GP is not at the level where it should be compared to the price we are paying. This system is lacking in our eyes.

Overall: Very simple self-service for payroll administration.
Pros: G-P knows the local Canadian province tax tables.
Cons: Finding the payroll journal entries in G-P was not intuitive in the beginning.

Overall: I see it as a necessary evil for certain situations. That being said, G-P gives a better impression than most competitors that I've had the non-pleasure of working with.
Pros: Onboarding process went pretty smoothly and was overall quick.
Cons: At the end, I don't feel like an employee but as a customer, rather. While requests are usually taken care of quickly, there is no room whatsoever for individual solutions. The system is seemingly designed for hourly workers and not highly skilled SMEs.

Pros: Very convenient, and very accessible both in mobile and laptop.
Cons: None so far. Access is good and accessible.
