Cons At the end, I don't feel like an employee but as a customer, rather. While requests are usually taken care of quickly, there is no room whatsoever for individual solutions. My favorite part about the platform is how easy it is to access information and navigate to payroll, time tracking, expense tracking, and more. I honestly would recommend working with G-P if any employer needed to use a PEO. Pros The G-P platform is very easy to navigate. Authentication was easy to set up and continues to be easy to use. I like the menu selections on the left-side bar. It is incredibly easy to submit service requests and questions. I never have to bother my manager about HR-related questions. The best part about G-P is that everything is in one place (employment information, time tracking, expense tracking). The G-P home dashboard gives you easy buttons that link to the other HR platforms you need to navigate to.
