That being said, G-P gives a better impression than most competitors that I've had the non-pleasure of working with. Pros Onboarding process went pretty smoothly and was overall quick. Cons At the end, I don't feel like an employee but as a customer, rather. While requests are usually taken care of quickly, there is no room whatsoever for individual solutions. My company was looking for a company that could manage my payroll when they hired me directly and I could say that they made the right decision to hire G-P.
