Pros

Great, user-friendly app. Very easy to navigate. I like how straightforward it is to change the place of the booking (parking spot/ desk). I had no issues so far so haven't used customer support.

Cons

One thing I liked least about Tidaro was the limited admin functionality available in the mobile app compared with the web version, which sometimes made it inconvenient to manage bookings or make quick adjustments while on the go. When acting as an administrator, it was often necessary to switch to the desktop interface to access more advanced configuration options, reporting, or user management, which slowed down quick, on‑the‑spot changes during a busy workday.

Great usability, nice UI/UX. I use Tidaro at the company parking spots. We book them through this app, it makes everything simple, no blocking, no double booking.

Pros

Simplicity, the app has a natural flow. It is just easy to use. The notifications about when to release the spot are great, also for checking in. Overall a great and simple app.

Cons

Maybe it is about GDPR, but when you have vertical parking spots, and you have an elevator, it will be best to be able to see the car number + name of the other who will be parking there. This way you can talk and see who lifts the car or who leaves first.

Cons

Parking is to small, booking only 7 days ahead. I trzy to book every day, but I have to use szachy at 8:00 od I won’t get a spot

So far, I love the app, it’s easy to make a reservation, release a spot, have the overview of the parking

Pros

The maps for the Parking lot. I think it’s very easy to spot the parking, do the reservation. Another thing that I love is the fact that you can pick randomly

Cons

There is a thing. In my organization, where I use it, we have 2 dropdown for the levels of parking. I would love to have a way to chose default.

Pros

The app is well thought out allowing a clear logic to parking management. I was surprised when desk management was also added.

Cons

Booking availability is realised at midnight. Although logical, it could make sense to time it during typical evening hours such as after 20:00

Pros

We really like the Tidaro app and primarily use it for parking reservations. It is intuitive, easy to use, and works reliably. So far, we have not encountered any major issues, and it fully meets our expectations.

Cons

As mentioned above, we are currently fully satisfied with the app. The only downside is the price, which is slightly higher than our business requirements, but quality comes at a cost.

Cannot say anything else that this app is doing what I demand from it so overall it’s great. Keep it going!

Pros

Tidaro is incredibly easy to use, even for first-time users. The parking features are intuitive and save a lot of time in a hybrid work environment.

Cons

Occasional sync delays between bookings and real-time availability can happen. But it was only few time observed.

Cons

I don't find parking place many times, special on Tuesday or in the middle of the week. I need always to rezerv at least before 2 days.

I mostly like it’s Simple UI and the fact it is not involving thanks to that fact, as I can focus on work

I use the app weekly for car paking and desk reservation mostly and its easy to use and friendly and i like i can choose the spots using a live map

Ease of acces, personalized maps, notification sistem in place reminding to cancel if not used so other can also access

Cons

I had an issue loggin into the app by phone initially but it got resolve fast and i could use the web versuion until resolution

I really like the app as it allows to stand your parking in advance. The only but is when you want to change booked spot to another one that is available at the moment- it first releases the current one.

Pros

Makes it simple to book a parking spot. Process simple and clear. Attached maps allow to easily navigate

Cons

Releasing the spot when you want to change your reservation instead of swap. You may end up without a spot.

Easy and fast way to make a reservation. Check in very useful because some people do reservation but that doesn’t go to office.

Cons

Maybe in the future reservation by time like full day reservation, part time work for office will be useful. Because it’s happen that some people coming after 15 so practically something still can use desk till that time.

My experience as an Administrator user in the company is really good. Working together has solved many problematic issues regarding parking management. Extensive reporting provides many opportunities for analysis.

Pros

Tidaro is a flexible fool with various features which helps employees to manage their company parking spot booking. There is an option to book for all day, book for hours, release spot in easy way or joint to the waiting list if available pool is run out of free spots.

Cons

There is no such a thing. the tool is complete and useful.
