Really impressed seamless and easy process to book, change and request details via number plates when spaces mixed up.

Pros

It makes it very easy to control the car park, use layered systems to prioritise staff by distance travelled to work and troubleshooting when spaces are mixed up you can easily identify who to contact if someone has taken your space by accident.

Cons

I wish I could almost add my own rota like a reminder 'hey you normally book these days but you haven't booked yet and spaces are low get your spaces booked before too late' in the same way we get reminders about releasing spaces if not going to be using them.

I like the fact, that the app is constantly updated and made better. Check-In option is very useful for us, as it minimised empty bookings.

Cons

Desktop version need some UX tuning, name searching in preferences needed. Another thing that could be useful would be possibilty to only accept check-ins from the device logged into office network.

The application is user friendly. The manuals are well done. My colleagues got used to app fast. If we ask for a change or any fix everything is proceed promptly. I really like the graphics of the application!

Pros

Very effective communication from the beginning. Our needs were met and on some we are still waiting. But we were informed ahead of time that it might take longer. During the onboarding process and kick off, the support team was available for our requests.

Cons

I have nothing to complain about. The only one thing which I would do differently was to try to transfer booked slots from old application (previous vendor) to Tidaro just to keep users happy. I didnt have this option on mind during the onboarding, so the users had to book everything again when switching to Tidaro. Some of them were not happy because they lost their booked desks or spots for couple days.

Easy and fast to use. I have to admit that I was first affraid that it will be terrible, but turned out to be nice.

Cons

Sometimes it's loading the parking list a bit slow and I'm late with the reservation. Also there are no clear description which hour the next day will appear.

Tidaro is like the wise village elder who knows where every mat is laid and every calabash is kept. It brought order to our chaotic mornings — no more playing musical chairs (or musical cars) in the parking lot. I loved the clarity it gave our shared spaces. Booking desks and parking spots now feels as easy as roasting maize over a slow fire — simple, warm, and satisfying.

Cons

In the beginning, some folks wrestled with the app like it was a stubborn goat. A short tutorial or welcome guide would have helped calm the herd. And if we’re dreaming big — maybe the ability to personalize our booking spaces with nicknames or colors would give it a local flavor.

Pros

We really like the Tidaro app and primarily use it for parking reservations. It is intuitive, easy to use, and works reliably. So far, we have not encountered any major issues, and it fully meets our expectations.

Cons

As mentioned above, we are currently fully satisfied with the app. The only downside is the price, which is slightly higher than our business requirements, but quality comes at a cost.

It is easy to use and Work perfectly in hot desk office and parking. I can pick random IF there is a morning race to pick parking spot :)

Challenging is to pick up spot every day when there is limited parking Spaces. Somę people pick place and do not come.

We have a check-in feature, and if your colleagues do not come, that spot can be released. Talk to your admin about it, and the admin can get in touch with us for further details.
