For me it is great reservation app that I would recommend to others. Great tool for businesses to manage parking spots

Pros

I really like the interface design, it is really simple and easy to read. Color scheme is nice and pleasant.

Cons

Thing that I like the least is the lack of option for reservation on any floor for random parking spot with just one click. Every time i need to check every floor separetly

It’s easy to use and everything is clear, once you start the app it’s pretty simple to use, And how we choose the parking spots

Sometimes start loading take time and I need to wait for it to load, if it’s faster start will be great

Tidaro is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive. It made desk booking and space management at the office much easier. The app is fast, stable, and visually clean, which makes the experience enjoyable even for less tech-savvy users.

Cons

Sometimes the notifications don’t come through, especially when a reservation is cancelled or changed. It would be helpful to have more integration options with other workplace tools like Outlook or Teams.

My experience as an Administrator user in the company is really good. Working together has solved many problematic issues regarding parking management. Extensive reporting provides many opportunities for analysis.

Pros

Tidaro is a flexible fool with various features which helps employees to manage their company parking spot booking. There is an option to book for all day, book for hours, release spot in easy way or joint to the waiting list if available pool is run out of free spots.

Cons

There is no such a thing. the tool is complete and useful.

I really like the app as it allows to stand your parking in advance. The only but is when you want to change booked spot to another one that is available at the moment- it first releases the current one.

Pros

Makes it simple to book a parking spot. Process simple and clear. Attached maps allow to easily navigate

Cons

Releasing the spot when you want to change your reservation instead of swap. You may end up without a spot.

We are very satisfied with the product. It is very easy to use and requires minimal administration.

Pros

The product is very user-friendly, with an intuitive interface that requires minimal training. It is efficient and easy to maintain, needing very little administrative effort.

Nothing major, maybe when choosing free parking spot there could be car park overview for all areas or possibility to switch in overview

Nice. Need some polish but all it short commings are overweight by all pros. Some automations should be nice tho

Pros

Space management and learning curve is great. Interface is intuitive and clear. Remembering m last preferences is great

Cons

Parking management must be optimised by workplace so with limited spots it's hard. Some kind of support for workplace should be provided

Easy and fast way to make a reservation. Check in very useful because some people do reservation but that doesn’t go to office.

Cons

Maybe in the future reservation by time like full day reservation, part time work for office will be useful. Because it’s happen that some people coming after 15 so practically something still can use desk till that time.

Missing release notes, either experiencing either asking others if there is anything new, I had to educate others how to report blocked parking lot

Tidaro is a User friendly tool which is very easy to use with the simple and nice design. It includes the parking and floor maps thanks to which you can find your booking with no difficulties.

Pros

Tool is easy to use and it reminds to release the spot if not needed which is very useful. Design of the tool is simple but thanks to it is very user friendly.

Cons

It would be nice to have a notification when the reservation is possible e.g every morning there is info that the reservation for the next week is possible.

Application friendly ans easy to use straight after installation . Vert convenient also for last minute change

Cant Book for earlier after a 2 weeks timeline . Also de dont see Name of people seating at reserved seat

Pros

the ability to choose which spot i want exactly, i also LOVE the new “change hours” feature as before i had to cancel reservations due to the lack of this option fearing that someone might occupy the spot or arrive before i could leave when i booked the wrong hours by mistake

Cons

the fact that once you get a booking from the waiting list you can’t choose the hours. when someone forgets to free the booking once they’re leaving the spot it is blocked until the end of the day and others aren’t able to book it later so it stays empty. i think it’s a pity as in many companies people work different shifts

Excellent app for what it does , if we had more parking where we need it then it would be the perfect app, the regulations that were put in place are frustrating.

Pros

In general it's very quick and responsive. It works excellent for the job that you need it for. I honestly can't add much.

Cons

The issues I have aren't with the app but the limited parking spaces, it would be nice to have 1 wait list instead of having to apply 4 times for each floor.

I use Tidaro on weekly basis. Never had any problem, everything works well. I also think that the Desks part is very useful.

Pros

Nice and clear application for users I like the option of releasing my parking spot for someone else.

Cons

I am satisfied with everything. Maybe I appreciate some reminder that reminds me I could book a spot for a given day yet.
