Murren & Sons" August 1, 2023 5.0 The overall experience has been very positive. \[sensitive content hidden\]h is very responsive and helpful. It would be nice if progress tracking for each employee improved. All in all, our employees seem to really enjoy BuildWitt. I wish it was just a bit more admin friendly. Our customer service rep, \[sensitive content hidden\], is great. Pros As far as the user goes, our guys in the field like the how easy it is for them to navigate BuildWitt. They are able to easily and quickly access videos on site during rain delays and on breaks. Tracking on the admin side could improve but our customer service manger, \[sensitive content hidden\], is great. He returns my calls quickly whenever I have a question or get hung up on anything. He really has made the BuildWitt experience great. Knowing there is someone I can call if we are having issues that actually answers and is helpful created peace of mind and is one of the reasons why we decided to add on 50 extra subscriptions. Cons It would be nice if there was a way to click on each employee to see a percentage of their completion, ability to resend password link for that employee if needed, any employee learning stats, or anything other "analytic" associated with the employee. I really do not like the mass export. It has a lot of data that, for me, is not needed. Everything also comes out all jumbled up and is a bit overwhelming.I think it would be really nice to be sent an email notification when an employee completes the entire learning plan. \[sensitive content hidden\] does this and it is nice for the admin, especially when we are talking about tracking so many people. It would also be nice to have some sort of completion certificate or "student transcript" or something similar so we could upload that to the employee file in order to better track and prove what learning plans have been completed and when. Reason for choosing BuildWitt Training I was not a part of that decision. Our VP of People, Ops & Culture made the decision to try BuildWitt and then assigned me as an admin to ensure the invites were being sent and training was being completed. Pros Content is updated frequently and is all extremely applicable. Great for supplemental training at most levels. Talent featured is great and relatable. I feel confident that this product brings something valuable to my employees. Cons It is harder than it should be to sign up and register users. Would also like to have the option to monitor less, and allow for users to move through without prompts. I've had great support, but unfortunately this is still a challenge for us. It really is a special product and I’m excited to see how it grows in the future! Pros BuildWitt Training is an amazing tool that I utilize daily for our employees. It gives me the freedom to create and customize my own content while providing a full library of high quality information at my fingertips. Our guys are buying in completely and it really is assisting in strengthening our culture overall! Cons There really isn’t anything I don’t like and honestly anything that I might have a concern about they are already addressing or have plans to improve in an update. Pros Deployment of videos. Micro learning. Starts a lot of conversations on whole team level Cons better functionality in the video player. Reason for choosing BuildWitt Training We need to train people. Our industry is aging while technology advances it. I use a lot of construction technology and you will never replace a good operator in a seat with technology in some cases. I can build crispest cleanest 3d model but with out a operator making the day to day decisions of how to grade to that model its just a model. Pros The overall quality of the content is amazing. The material is engaging and is easy to listen to and watch. They are a company that truly cares about your success and are seeking out ways to be better. Every few months they have new and exciting features. We are still learning the system but we are pleased. Pros All of the content seems to fit our needs. Customer service has been great. Convenience of the program. Cons The notifications for assignments are spotty at best. Sometimes you receive a notification and then it will be weeks before you receive another one.
