No one at the company cares about the customers anymore. Pros Twelve years ago, before being sold over and over, this was a great system. Today, its just awful. Absolutely no customer support and the program is riddled with bugs. Cons The cost is high, the service is so bad it's laughable ( ie taking 6 months to reply to a "critical ticket"), their accounts receivable department ( aka their billing department ) CONSTANTLY messes up the monthly invoices, and no one...not a single employee EVER makes good on what they say ( ie Ill call you back...). Alternatives considered [Rx30](https://www.capterra.com/p/106388/Rx30-Pharmacy-System/) Reasons for choosing Computer-Rx At the time, the software was great and the company was privately owned.
