## What is eServ?

eServ by Yokogawa is a cloud-based Windows tool for companies based in Japan that operate in various industries, including heavy industries, healthcare, pharmaceutical, engineering, warehousing, entertainment, and renewable energy. Available in a variety of languages and several supported currencies, this plant maintenance system includes ERP and SNS integrations, enabling a variety of preventive maintenance operations and optimizing both CMMS and EAM systems. It’s used for equipment ledger management, functions group management for PDCA cycle completion, maintenance statistics analysis, and maintenance effect analysis for Yokogawa products. Users only need their product serial number and auto-generated model information to register devices. Alternatively, they can scan QR codes using the Android mobile app.
