"Click2call made easy"
Overall: The Voice API provided by Vonage is an excellent solution for a relatively small systems that needs to be implemented quickly. Their pay-as-you-go pricing is particularly beneficial for smaller companies. I've been using this for a few years without any issues.
Pros: With just a few API calls, you can have a highly advanced click-to-call system in place. It literally took only a few hours to set up from scratch.
Cons: API documentation is not the best I've seen, it requires some guessing here and there. However, it's not a deal breaker.

Overall: The user-friendly, adaptable, and convenient interface that Vonage offers is suitable for all users. I believe the vonage mobile phone application's user interface might also be improved. Overall, I endorse it to everyone.
Pros: Comparatively speaking, the messaging feature is just the finest.
Cons: Every time you minimise the screen, the dialer pop-up disappears.

Cons: there are sometimes login issue and quality was not fair when their is some network fluctuation. Their are sometimes when call reports are varied like having less no of calls then actually number of calls. I like if developers include history in vonage for calls like finding if we called to that number previously or not. and also try to add if the sent text message received by the receiver or not.
