## What is rakumo Calendar?

rakumo Calendar is a scheduling tool redesigned from Google Calendar for Japanese companies. It is integrated with Google Workspace and automatically synchronizes with Google Calendar appointments. It has an intuitive UI that is easy to use and view, including an organization view display and a job title order display. Individuals can also create their own custom groups. スタートアップだったのでできるだけ費用をかけずにスケジュール管理がしたかった費用対効果が抜群の商品だと思います

Pros

コスパが断然いいです。１ＩＤで月１００円は他の製品ではないと思います。

Cons

カスタマイズできることに限りがあるので自由度は低いかもです。

とにかく安かったです。これが１番の理由にありますが、大きく不満があるわけでもないです。（多少はありますが費用最安だと思うので十分です）

カレンダー機能には大変満足しております。

Pros

管理者側の立場からすると、登録作業などが、分かりやすくすぐに反映される所が助かります。

Cons

車両の走行管理や、アルコールチェックなどこれからの法令等に対応して頂けると助かります。

全従業員が共通で使用しているため、予定と情報の共有化が強固に促進され、業務全体のスピードが上がり非常に満足度が高いです。また価格も非常に安価であるため、もはやこのアプリがない状況が考えられないほど定着しております。いまや会社にとってなくてはならない存在です。

Pros

ITリテラシーをほぼ一切問わず、PCを触ったことがある人であれば全員が使えるWebアプリケーションです。よって、あらゆる世代、あらゆる国籍でひろく利活用が可能です。Google Workspaceが提供する各種文書形式が予定に貼付でき、共有が非常に簡単な点も決定的な強みです。

Cons

いまのところは特にありません。ただ、階層別表示などは大企業にとって特に有益な機能かとおもいますので、小さな組織にもメリットがある機能が実装されれば、規模を問わず使用されるようになるかと感じます。

設備機能で両状況が確認できる点が良いと思います。カレンダーやスケージュールはGoogleカレンダーの機能を使用していますが互いに同期する点は便利だと思います。

Pros

設備予約機能がGoogleカレンダーのリソースと同期するの使いやすい。

Cons

左端に表示されるカレンダーリストの表示順を個人で任意に変更出ればもっと使いやすい。

特に関係する上司や部下のスケジュールを確認するのに、カレンダーが固定表示できるので、とても便利ですが…　共有カレンダーに書かれている場合があるので、Googleカレンダーを再確認する必要がありますので、作業効率が上がったかと聞かれると、微妙です。

Pros

同期のスピードは、全く問題ないです。個人毎でのグループが作れるのは良い、複数人の空いているスケジュールを探すのも簡単です

Cons

タイトルにも書きましたが、共有カレンダーが表示されないのはチームで動く部署にとっては、致命的です
