細かい小口申請、社書類への押印申請、比較的大きな案件もスムーズに運用できています。途中で中断しても、下書きとして残ります。なので、途中でデータ消去になってしまい戦意喪失することもありません。

Pros

決裁者、ルートが明確で、案件によるカスタマイズが簡単に設定できます。たまに念のためにで、印刷しますが　印刷の字面も座りが良いです。前の製品と比較して、添付も上げやすく！　見やすく！　助かっています。

Cons

改善要望は特にありません。フローが詰まったときに、自然と催促してもらえたら嬉しいです。

かゆいところに手が届くよう、様々なところに手が加えられている。そのため、どうすればいいかわかりにくいところもあるが、調べたりサポートへ問い合わせすれば、だいたい解決できる。管理者として満足している。

Pros

・Google Workspace上のユーザー情報を取り込み、同期できること　→入退社が発生した場合のアカウント管理工数が削減できる・役職の設定や申請フローの構築に柔軟性があること　→痒い所に手が届く設定が可能で工夫すればほぼできないことはないと思われる

Cons

・機能の増改築を繰り返したせいか、どこに何があるかわかりにくいところがある。・申請画面のデザインがやや野暮ったく前時代感がある。・申請書において複数選択するチェックボックスの構築の仕方がスマートではない

ハンコ不要でペーパレス。在宅勤務中でもスムーズに起票から承認までおこなうことが出来て、業務効率化を実現できている。紙ベースの時に比べ、無駄なプロセスが省かれスピード感が増した。ユーザー部門で設定が簡単におこなえる為、システム管理者の業務負荷が減りました。

Pros

直感的に操作できるＵＩになっており、使いやすい。また情報システム部門の者ではなくとも、簡単に設定ができる。承認フローの経路や進捗状況なども一目で確認しやすい点が良い。GoogleWorkspaceとの親和性が良いメールでの通知機能も充実していて、確認作業がスムーズにおこなえる。

Cons

クラウドサインと連携しているが、その他の主要なサービスとも連携して欲しい承認時のコメントにリプライする機能が欲しい。
